They don't get the Drinks the way customers ask for on the instructions?? and they're always say that they are swamped! But when I walk in, there's hardly anyone in the dining room? Why do they always make excuses?? 🙄

Drinks always watered down. I usually come here because it’s centrally located between both of my jobs but I need to change locations. I even asked for an extra pump of syrup and scoop of powder and still tasted watered down. It’s even lighter in color. Maybe they add more milk or water because I asked for light ice? But this is gross. Can’t drink it. Tastes like watered down milk. Wasted $6+

OFFICIAL POST! WARNING SCAMMING CUSTOMERS! ALL reviews are fake as you can see the worst ones are displayed first because they carry the most truth and relevance. I came in on Thursday December 5th at approx 235 pm, ordered oatmeal, get to the window and they failed to tell me that they were out of the key Ingredients that you add to the oatmeal, brown sugar, nuts, and Dried fruit. So they charged me, cognitively knowing that they were cutting me short, this is proven by the Pre-packed bag and in a sneaky fashion, not tell me about it, this probably happens to dozens of people per week. If you cannot complete an item in its entirety, then you should not promote it on your menu anymore or at least tell people. I will be calling the corporate office and reporting that this location and the one down the street on Lincoln that they advertise the sale of items that are incomplete now I have to wait because of their malpractice, 2 to 3 business days for the funds to return, which is also inconvenience, not per se to myself, but to the low income community, in which Stockton statistically falls into that category. This would mean greedy, corporate companies like this one are stealing from the poor. I am also going to write about this to the Better Business Bureau because managers here should be smart enough to tell their employees what they should and should not be doing in the store. There is no excuse! I went into the other location at the LincolnCenter And I had to ask if they had all the components to the oatmeal, but he was about to charge me as well and they told me they had absolutely nothing. They have no respect or decency to their customers. Also, how do you run out of things by 2 PM and all your stores out here on a Thursday. Obviously, they are not doing something right.

I usually love this Starbucks, the workers are usually super nice and patient, but today the worker was so rude, she was taking my order and I couldn’t hear well, and I pulled up to hear better and she kept rolling her eyes being so rude, attitude for me not being able to hear well. I’ve never had a worker being rude to me for having a disability. Overall I do love this Starbucks, just today the service was not well.

I was in the drive thru and I had difficulty communicating with the young woman. She repeatedly got my order wrong, so when she finally had it mostly correct, I gave up. When I tried to speak to her in person at the window and she rudely stated that I could not add one small coffee because she had strict orders to move cars quickly. It was mid-morning after the rush and there was no one behind me. I said that didn't seem right, as she didn't take my order correctly. She looked out the window and said I could drive around again because there was no line. I said I want a small coffee and you want me to drive around again??? Isn't it already brewed? I said I would write a bad review and her response was, "that's fine, it won't matter." Well it matters to me, and I will not be returning. It's sad that Starbucks puts so much pressure on young workers that they lose all capacity for judgment and cannot accommodate a small coffee when there is no line.

There’s a lady who works there, I forgot her exact name. It’s like amari or something close to that. She’s so rude and snappy it’s sad, don’t work at a place you have to deal with people if you’re gonna have an attitude. I called customer service to complain for the first time in ever at Starbucks. The rest of the team there is great, unfortunately I go to trinity park way now. The inside also has a lot of homeless people in there, not their fault but the inside isn’t great.

Give this place 2 stars the girl who was taking my order through the drive thru decided to have a nasty attitude with me while I was placing my order. Then she proceeded to give me a wrong drink and when I went inside to tell them that one of my drinks was wrong she went ahead and stared me down. But the girl who helped me out Izzy she was very kind and sweet about it.
