Working on the ambulance today that does not fit through the drive trhough. I attempted to get coffee in the dinning area at 0530 but the door was locked. I noticed drive through was open, so I walked up to the drive through speaker. Waited there for a couple of minutes with no response on the speaker. Walked up to window and asked how I should order. Window barista said walk to the door and I'll have someone open it up for you. I walked over to the door and the barista told me the dining area is closed. I explained that I walked up through drive through and no one answered. Her response, its because you walked up. So I asked, Im not allowed to come in to order? She said you can order on your mobile app. I thought to myself, how can I order on my mobile app if the dinning area is closed and you ignore me if I walk up to the drive through. I just left. Clearly Starbucks at this location on Thornton Rd. in Stockton does not care about the first responders who work 12 to 24 hours a day to serve the public. It's not enough that police officers get daily discounts and EMTs and Paramedics do not. Now they are treating EMTs and Paramedics like we are homeless people trying to come into the dinning area to warm up our bones. I just want to order some food and coffee before I have to respond to a call for someone dying.

I’ve been to many Starbucks and this one was very unprofessional The lady taking orders did not seem friendly at all. There was homeless people all around the facility my drink also most importantly was not made correctly. I go to Starbucks every single day and every single day. My Starbucks is made correctly, but I never visit the Thornton, Starbucks, and now I see why.

The staff were super nice and welcoming. Drinks turned out great! Super warm vibes and the atmosphere was fantastic. The location is not ideal due to how the road is constructed but wasn’t that complicated to reach. Thank you Starbucks workers <3

Online and the the app said this place opens at 4:30. To get here for the workers to tell me they don't open till 6. If they are going to open at 6 they need to change the time online and put something up saying they open at 6.

I had the best experience there. I wish I knew the young man’s name, but he drew the cutest pumpkin on my cup and he just made my day. He’s amazing and he doesn’t know how much that meant to me.

Coffee? Solid. No complaints there—Starbucks always delivers on that front. But this location definitely made me earn it! Parking was basically a scavenger hunt, and by the time I finally made it inside (after a decent little trek), I was ready to sit down and get prepped for my meeting… except there were barely any chairs, despite the place being mostly empty. Kind of a weird vibe—like it’s made for grabbing your drink and disappearing. Still, the baristas were friendly, and my drink was exactly how I like it. Just don’t come here expecting to camp out or easily roll in and out. WiFi was also pretty slow

Delicious hot chocolate my daughter likes decaf chocolate frapichinos. They almost always get it right that's why I don't give 5 stars there is always room for improvement.

I used the drive thru, so I can't really judge the atmosphere. But the service was so-so. However I ordered a caramel macchiato and this is the cup I was given. I've never been givin such a dirty cup before. That sucked but the worst part is how extremely hot they gave me my drink. I mean I ordered it hot but it's been about 35 minutes and I still can barely hold the cup, it's that hot. I tried to take a sip and it did not taste good either. This was just a waste of money and time, which really sucks.

They don't get the Drinks the way customers ask for on the instructions?? and they're always say that they are swamped! But when I walk in, there's hardly anyone in the dining room? Why do they always make excuses?? 🙄

Drinks always watered down. I usually come here because it’s centrally located between both of my jobs but I need to change locations. I even asked for an extra pump of syrup and scoop of powder and still tasted watered down. It’s even lighter in color. Maybe they add more milk or water because I asked for light ice? But this is gross. Can’t drink it. Tastes like watered down milk. Wasted $6+
