very bad service, i asked strawberry matcha and she forget to put matcha in it , even i asked her not to put alot of ice , she filled my cup with ice nothing in it, very disappointed

I walked in was never welcomed in. I stood and waiting for an unusually long time and was never acknowledged. Not busy, 2:30pm, empty. The workers laughed as I turned around and left. Depressing. This Starbuck's use to be the best customer service, coffee and food. I will not return.

Unfortunately , I’m going here against my will. This is the closest Starbucks to my home. It’s really that bad. You have to remind them a few times what items you ordered so they don’t mess up. I’m still missing things from my order from time to time. If you need an extra sause please remind them about 2 to 3 times cause you will not get it.

I absolutely hate coming to this Starbucks. The worst Starbucks in Stockton due to the customer service. The cashier that work the drive thru could have way better customer service skills. I feel uncomfortable ordering all the time, they aren’t friendly. Lack matters, you don’t have to be mr. Rogers but if I can tell you don’t want to take my order that’s a problem. It’s almost every time I go to this Starbucks I feel annoyed. Sometimes they get my order wrong too. But it’s really their attitudes. I would def fire all of them and hire new drive thru cashiers.

Terrible service, they lose orders. I ordered 2 coffee and I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and 10 more for the next coffee because they didn't give them to me together.
