The atmosphere is usually great, and I love ordering here. The girl with long hair usually in a ponytail and glasses working the mobile order area could be kinder. I mobile ordered at 8:10 my order or 3 drinks was supposed to be ready 5 min later. I knew it would take them a few minutes longer so I waited in my car. By the time I walked in 2 of my drinks were being packed in a bag and my last one was being made. Impressed I waited patiently for my last drink, after about 5 additional min. of waiting it was 8:25 at this point. I asked about my order and she points to my last drink on the counter - but the first 2 that were packaged went “missing” she asked around and at that point the store was busy and the workers were trying to get other drinks out and repeatedly told her they had already made the drinks. The girl continues putting out other orders and doesn’t make any effort to look through the bags aready packed. After a few more minutes of being ignored she finally checks the name on the bag and realizes her mistake. Instead on handing me the bag she RIPS IT OPEN pulls the drinks out, takes the lids with covers on them to prevent spilling off and throws the lids out replacing them with new ones. I asked her if she could actually please put the covers back on and could I get straws for the 2 Frappuccinos. Not a word of apology nothing or any other word for that matter was exchanged. The drinks were melted and watered down from being ready 10minutes before and I was now running late for school so I couldn’t wait for new drinks. Honestly such a disappointing experience.

Came in with a very difficult drink and Brenda on pm shift that took my order completely understood and didn’t get overwhelmed. Had great patient’s with me & let me tell you my drink was definitely made with love & with the caffeine I needed ! THANK YOU STARBUCKS<3

This review is LONG overdue. I’ve been coming to Ben Holt Starbucks for years and I’m amazed at how consistently they get my drink right regardless of which barista makes my drink. This is usually my issue at other Starbucks but not here. The drinks always come out quickly and when they aren’t, the baristas make sure to check in on me if they see me waiting which I appreciate. Seriously the best Starbucks I’ve ever gone to.

Usually use the drive thru which gets a long line, but goes by quickly during the morning rush. Staff has always been kind and patient when needed.Dietary restrictions: Could post a couple of keto options for quick order like 1 food option and a drink -heavy cream, espresso double shot, and sugar free sweetners (more options) and give it a name to make ordering easier.

Lazy over entitled and rude, zero patience and I hate that they charge you for stuff before you they find out "they are out" and to get your money back in a debit card it take 7 to 10 day

Drive thru here is so slow I can't believe I waited in line over 30 mins and only one car in front of me. This was on a Thursday night and the inside wasn't even busy maybe cause it was BOGO for a fall drink but even at the order speaker no one said anything until I kept saying hello very dim area wasn't sure if they were even open. My first time trying pumpkin cold brew and my daughter likes the pumpkin frappe too much spice for me not sure if it's the nutmeg or what in the pumpkin spice but I'm not a fan of the pumpkin drinks.
