Starbucks

Got a pup cup and two pumpkin spice fraps for my daughter and me. Staff was friendly and seating outside was perfect for my daughter who uses a walker. Our pup enjoyed his first and definitely not last pup cup.

There’s so much I could say but to sum it up this is the worst location ever with the rudest baristas, especially Hailey, Cynthia and the so called manager Michael. I’ve already contacted corporate.

Came on 11/10/25 at 4:26pm. I ordered a tall dark roast coffee. When I pulled up to pay young man told me, “Unfortunately your coffee will not be ready for 20 mins, because the machine is cleaning itself”

#1- I wish he would have told me that when I placed my order at the intercom
#2- Why would you set the machine to clean itself in the hrs when people need coffee to drive home after a long day of work (4:26pm)

To begin with, young man seemed a little rude over the intercom. So, I had to drive to the next Starbucks to get my coffee so I wouldn’t fall asleep on the way home.

Worst experience at a Starbucks. Victor Victor one of the workers here never showed an interest in my order and made me wait 35 minutes for my order a total lack of respect does not have the capacity to work there.

Autumn should be promoted I will make a point to come back just for her she goes above and beyond or fire her so she can take advantage of her skills elsewhere.

nothing really meaningful about this place just seems like a working environment. Most Starbucks seem very friendly. The Starbucks writes the same things on everybody’s cups without any meaningful messages which is why I prefer any other Starbucks over this location. You can actually build bonds elsewhere instead of this location.
