The staff are absolutely lovely. It really brings me joy on the days I am able to come in because their attitude is always bright and refreshing. I like to come in on occasion to study or read something on my laptop.The recent interior makeover is also a great update with a more modern and sleek feeling while retaining the hip cafe vibes. Also, it's in a great location being near a gas station, smaller businesses, several food options and a Raley's to top it off.
Only problem is they take too much time filling mobile orders, to the detriment of 'live' customers.

I used to not like this location, but that was primarily due to receiving sub-par customer service to say the very least. I even went so far as to "boycott" this location. Sadly, there is no Peet's on my daily route...SO.......here we are. I wrote a scathing, personalized review of the employee in question on my other more prolific Local Guide account...waited months and surely the experience improved.Parking: nice parking lot

Nice location, but hard to find if you’re coming from the Tesla Supercharger. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff.
There's a sign on the door that says they close at 1pm. This was on a Saturday so I'm unsure of the other days of the week.

I came here at 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday. I accidentally went ahead of someone else and did not notice (which was my fault), so I apologized to the cashier. The cashier then decided to shoot me the dirtiest look which is actually pretty rude. He then CONTINUED to treat me rudely after saying sorry.Look, I'm usually a mellow guy and don't leave bad reviews at places, but that was uncalled for. That's pretty unprofessional. Just because I made a mistake and went ahead, doesn't justify me being treated that way. He probably thought I was trying to cut in front of the other customer, which wasn't the case.I've been coming to this Starbucks for years because I grew up in this area, and never have I been treated this way. Honestly, that's messed up. I hope someone in charge can address your worker's rude behavior.
