Dont order from this starbucks through doordash your order will be late.. this starbucks location does not allow the doordash driver to take multiple orders. They do NOT understand we need the money sometimes we get 3$ a order and mutiples helps us esrn more and it also lowers our raiting if we deny orders.. 😡😡😡 i avoid being in this area...

Music was loud, real loud. The baristas were laughing and talking even more loudly. Plus several of them were also sneezing and coughing. Apparently, the management does not seem to care about the well being of the customers and the staff ( who are yet to fall sick). I had to sit outside even though it was cold

Staff was nice however the manager or supervisor was rude. We ordered to the wrong location, and we were ok with just reordering at this location but the manager from other location told us to just let this location know the situation and they’d remake it. Anyways when we explained this to the supervisor of this location she was rude and didn’t even hear us out. She remade the drinks but they were terrible, like it didn’t have any coffee at all, mostly creamer. We didn’t even ask for this so it’s crazy to be treated this way when we were totally fine reordering the damn drinks.

Terrible experience. They put wayyy too much ice in my drink. It was almost half ice. It tasted burnt. When i came in they just gave me some oatmilk instead of remaking my drink.
I've been getting my Starbies fix here for years since I commute every day for work. But in the past month I have been frequently visiting 3-4x a day all because my husband who had multiple strokes has recently had a deficit in his speech and eating (aphasia) and has been enjoying egg bites and iced oleato. And it is literally the only thing he enjoys. I'm so grateful for Ryan and Aidan because they always know how to make it correctly. And if anyone knows anything about strokes their impulsive and moody. So thank you two for always giving us the BEST service

A couple of days ago, I ordered oatmeal as I do whenever I order for breakfast. My oatmeal did not come with the toppings that I asked for. I called the store to let them know that, one of the staff members that I spoke to told me that they would give me a replacement next time I order. This morning when I went to order, I informed the staff member about the replacement. When I received my food, the oatmeal was raw, not cooked. I called the store and spoke to one of the managers, and explained to her my situation. She in turn said “It was raw because I wanted a splash of cream in it.” I have never gotten raw oatmeal and I always ask for a splash for cream in my oatmeal. It is always cooked when I order it. Mai ( the managers name that I spoke to) kept insisting that it depends on the way I ordered it. I explained to her that I always order my oatmeal with a splash of cream and never have I been served raw oatmeal. And, I never have to ask for my oatmeal to be cooked. There is an understanding that your food is cooked when you order them. She did not listen to what I was explaining to her and hung up on me. I am escalating this incident to their corporate office.
