I’m not a Starbucks fanatic but I do like a dark green matcha from time to time. Today I asked for a tall matcha with two additional scoops of matcha and sweat foam and was charged $9!!! Since when have additional scoops of match has been priced. I don’t go to Starbucks often, but I’ve never experienced this. I am also not the person to ask to remake a drink, but this tasted like water and not the strong Matcha taste I’m used to. Definitely not going here or probably Starbucks anymore.

On the app Starbucks is offering free delivery June 12-18. Today my co-worker put in an order for delivery while we are stuck in a meeting and the app kept pushing it back to pick up as it is a 5 min walk. Unable to cancel the order the payment has been taken and we don't have our order because we CANNOT pick it up today.

This is the third time I’ve ordered a matcha latte with no classic syrup and received it with syrup anyway. I'm a dork and drove back to work those 3 times without taking a sip, but I wouldn't have time to go back around anyway. For $5.75, that's 3 times wasted. I can’t risk it anymore.

This Starbucks has the worst customer service ever!!! The workers have that face like if they hate their job and look miserable!!not one worker or two all of them !! They don’t greet you or say thank you nothing! There’s this worker named Kayla she just has that miserable look on her face like she hates her job .. these employees need to get customer service training or something !

The service i received from the man taking my order was rushed, interrupted multiple times. I'm disabled height wise so I have to make sure I repeat myself clearly so my order is correct. Repeat correct and he interrupted multiple times. when my partner had to claim his order, the worker just seemed kind of exasperated. There was like 5 workers and no line. Lol the ladies were sweet and the drink was fine.

I walked over from my office with my toddler to grab a coffee and him a bottled water. No one there expect us and the employees. Sat down and handed my toddler the phone. He sat on the booth side and I sat in a chair directly across. 2 employees sat next to us having a conversation. My toddler laid on his back in the booth for about 10 mins. He would sit up to smile and greet a young lady worker then go back to laying on his back. It would probably help to say I sat down for a few minutes because of my back pain and needed to sit before we walked back to my office. Well a lady that had plain clothes and nothing to indicate if she was a manger or employee walked by and tapped my toddler on the shoulder and said sit up. I won't go back because I just thought that was weird. He is 4 and not bothering anyone. Again only us there and employees. We got up and left because I didn't want to slouch and then she tap me to sit up straight too. Is this new Starbucks culture? Did she think we were homeless and employees need to keep up a certain vibe? I bought snacks and coffee and water so I was a paying customer. I was clean and dressed for work. And my toddler was clean and has a nanny that was just running late but he was not loud at all. Well weird new ways at Starbucks I will just stay away.

I go to the Starbucks on North California street every time that I have been there so far my order has been real messed app or when you get something the display do not tell you that you have to get this certain item so today I go in for the free coffee I ask for a certain coffee all of a sudden they're telling me it has to be a hot or Cold Coffee that did not say that on the app let alone y'all did not display that saying that it had to be those coffees you are false advertising and I'm tired of the false advertisement now this needs to stop Starbucks is starting to become the worst place on California street Their workers are rude and they need improvement even with the manager

I have been several times on Sunday, the drinks I order are never made the way I ask for them, I pay extra and they still don't make them right, I ordered a strawberry acai lemonade fan with extra strawberry and they only put 3 strawberries in it and the color has nothing to do with the one in the photo, little ice and they brought it too much, I told them and no, they didn't come back to do it they were upset. They almost gave me my macha at half price. I paid extra for the macha and still didn't know, a macha, they made thousands of excuses. However, I like to go when Miss Viry is there, she is a nice person and prepares my drinks as they are. The staff on Sunday afternoon does not work well. I hope they are nicer to people, I am spending my money and I also pay extra for a great drink. I also work in a fast food restaurant and you have to serve the customer well.

I ordered through the drive-through on Saturday afternoon around 3 PM I didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was very rude unprofessional and disrespectful I had three children with me so I needed a little extra time to order through the drive-through and he got an attitude with me Through my entire order my drink was messed up I had to drive to a different location so they can fix it because unfortunately it didn't taste it right away I am not going back to this location
