Drove through today and was overcharged by $25! I asked to talk to the manager Jeanette who was completely dismissive of the situation and useless. I can’t believe how terrible the service was. I have never been treated so poorly before. Very disappointed. Check your receipts carefully!

I can't give it zero stars because every morning my husband and I walk with my daughter to her job and then we walk to meet her around 7pm. Both times their doors are locked. I try to understand the 6:15am but at 7pm why do they have it locked. Do they really not like working with customers? Please help me understand ???

They focus too much on the drive-through, causing people inside the store to wait 30 minutes for their items, and the inside becoming overcrowded. They need to balance service between the drive-through and the inside evenly, both are spending the same money for the same items, so there shouldn't be priority given to one group of customers and not the other.

It's 7:40pm and this Starbucks closes at 8:30 but I'm not able to order inside and only can through drive thur which honestly so dumb for those of us who come walking from the hospital.
This Starbucks never misses!! The baristas are always sweet even during the morning rush. They are my favorite Starbucks in the area because they ALWAYS get my drink right.
I go here 2 times a week for a sweetened iced coffee... they mess my drink up every time.. the service is always rushed and there is an obvious lack of communication in the store.

I have been visiting this store for three months now and each time I order my drink it is different. I ordered the same drink every time I go. They are very inconsistent. Don't waste your time by going to the store. They are rude. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed in the service provided I will no longer be getting my coffee from this location.

I went to this location before and didn't have a problem but the other nite I went because Starbucks is an occasional drink got me I always get same mocha cookie crumble with 4 expresso shots added.. there is always extra left and normally I would recive my extras because come on I paid 10+ for the drink this time they didn't give to me and I watched them pour into cups so they could share it... I went to a different place yesterday and order my normal and recieved my extras I just won't go to this one anymore
