⭐☆☆☆☆ Rude and Unprofessional Service
I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. One of the employees was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my order. Instead of helping, she (bulky girl with long black hair, she was pretending as she was a supervisor or manager) gave me an attitude and made me feel unwelcome. She stood there, while I was watching and she started to talk to other employees and laughing. She did it on purpose - made me to wait even longer, and food was already cold and disgusting. I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks for its friendly atmosphere, but this experience completely changed my impression. Customer service should be about kindness and respect—something this location really needs to work on. I won’t be returning until the staff learns how to treat customers properly.

Starbucks is one of the best places to go to for refreshments, coffee, and delicious treats. their service is top notch. I’m usually in and out rather I go in or I’m going to drive-through. It’s still amazing. And some places I will say their atmosphere is not the best outside of the restaurant inside of the restaurant. It’s always amazing and clean and everything so I would definitely recommend.

I like this place but they don’t have a set schedule, the app says they close at 9pm, I ordered on the app at 6:30 pm, when I went to pick up my items the doors were locked only the drive through was open, when I asked what time they close the barista said that they close the lobby at 6pm!!! That’s crazy being that this a corporate company and all business should have the same rules but again this is stockton!!!
