The baristas are very mean and they have horrible attitude. mind you it’s 8 in the morning! They treat summer institute students like trash and the old bald man with glasses even said “I hope it’s not like this every morning” in-front of our faces

They treat students like dogs. There’s only a few nice baristas but the whole place is very hostile and unwelcoming. Music is so loud to the point where noise cancelling + 70% volume on AirPods pro isn’t enough. Students go there only because they have no other options on this campus. Going there feels like compromising self worth every time. Somebody should send an audit here.

A university Starbucks that ticks the boxes of what you need. Can be busy during lunch hours for students. And they have a habit of closing without notice during holiday weekend. Most of the staff are super sweet and fast working. Be aware some staff are students of the university and so work slower or don't always know how to properly make a drink. Be patient!

Bald man with glasses extremely rude and aggressive. Yelling in harsh tone to customers. A friend of mine dropped a bottle and he aggressively orders him to pick it up and adds extra words as if to make them feel bad. Completely unnecessary behavior coming from an older than middle-aged man.

The baristas were amazing but the supervisor this day was rude when I asked that the drink was made wrong after she had said it was too many details. I showed her the photo and she didn’t even look at it and placed my order. Thank you two the two girls working who reassured me and made over the drink with a smile, you are the reason it was enjoyable.

Starbucks inside University of the Pacific, Wiliam Knox Library! Absolutely love the fact that they added Starbucks. Not all foods they serve are good but I highly recommend Cheese danish and everything bagel! The staff is very Casual and friendly :D
Parking: Parking is very difficult to find because it's on campus and people usually walk to it.
