The food and service are good, but they’re not really good. Do I recommend the Starbucks not really it’s just a normal Starbucks so there’s not really a good difference why to come to this one only come to this one if you’re near it

Just left the drive thru with a flat white and a pick up order. The heavy set woman who served us at 2pm just a few moments ago was rude. I was ordering a new drink and a little nervous and forgot to mention my passenger had a pick up order. She had to make a smart comment before we drove off definitely a power trip move. She needs to watch what comes out of her mouth when working for a respected company… and also what goes in her mouth too.

I ordered a peppermint mocha but it tasted NOTHING like a peppermint mocha and I was hella upset about it. And before I ordered there was like 2 people there working and no one was taking our order they were just standing and walking around doing nothing.

The barista that took my order was so rude today we walked up and she was having a conversation with some guy about her pregnancy all smiles giggling talking about her personal life she finally looks our way takes our order not nice at all seems like she was more excited to talk to the guy about her personal life than doing her job and I was charged twice for a drink

Poor overall customer service. They gossip right in front of you. The evening shift as a whole has a horrible attitude and the drinks are almost always botched. Nancy specifically always is rude. It takes between 15-25 minutes for a drink and completely missed my food item. Cassandra’s attitude is always a hit or miss.
