This Starbucks store is so poor and cheap design as compared to one in Lathrop. It seems to me they designed for second class citizens with plastic table and chairs. I live in weston ranch butI have to travel to Lathrop to drink coffee.

The past two times I came to this starbucks I got a peppermint mocha, and each time it tasted terrible, I didn't even finish the drink. so when I went in this time, I told Lalo that exact thing and he recommended the white peppermint mocha. Now, I am not opposed to a different typa mocha. So I went ahead and tried it. As soon as I took a sip, oh, I felt the sensation run through my body. I can not express how much of a game changer this is. I think I have become a different person. The first homeless person I seen I gave them $5 and when someone cut me off in traffic, I didn't honk or get mad, I just grabbed my grande white peppermint mocha and I took a sip. Today is a wonderful day. All thanks to that sweet boy Lalo. Maybe next time i'll get myself a venti, feeling very spectacular today.

Echoing other negative reviews. Poor customer service. I arrived with a Starbucks half off coupon that was in my app. They could not get it to work and just told me I was out of luck.
I asked for extra caramel and they didn't add it. 😒 laziness to the fullest. Maybe a refund 🤔 instead of taking the drink.

Very dissatisfied with my order. It’s my go to Starbucks since i never had problems till today. My frappe wasn’t made correctly it was really strong and it got stronger at the bottom of my cup , was confused since it’s supposed to be blended. Just wasn’t even drinkable and my cheese danish tasted savory not sweet and that was concerning how it was stored or cooked yuck🥴 & the last straw was the hair.. i bit it second time and out with my bite came a hair😵💫 I immediately spit it out and threw today’s order in the trash. 🚮 Tuesday July 15, 2025.
