I bought a white mocha, while out shopping. Got home and opened the top to see a half full grande. I called them the woman was rude and unapologetic she asked me to drive all the way back so that she could see it which is ridiculous since I have the app and I'm a long time shopper of Starbucks this is the second time I've had problems here I will never go back to this location They don't care and they don't even pretend to. I think Starbucks should take away their franchise if the neighborhood is that bad maybe they shouldn't be in it

I was asked to leave because they told me I said to shut up because I asked for the code for the bathroom and asked again what was the code and they heard the word shut up and told me I couldn't use the bathroom after spending $30 and ask me to leave for telling them shut up cuz they wouldn't give me sugar and they wouldn't give me cinnamon and they didn't want to give me honey they said I should have ordered it on the mobile app and then they didn't give me my avocado and they didn't refund my money and they made a report on the security they called saying that he was being absurd the women in the restaurant that hurt everything said that I didn't say anything mean and they're being completely wrong to me rude to me and there was two employees there the manager and the Caucasian employee at the time and the younger Asian descendant a girl is very awesome give her five stars she actually got me to get some honey and sugar without too much

hassle but getting scolded by her manager I'm filing a lawsuit and hiring a lawyer to investigate the situation and understand the policy of Starbucks needs to change for the policy states that they cannot refuse a completely decent human being that's been respectful not to have the common courtesy of washing their hands before they eat something after a long day at work

The people who took our orders seemed to be in a terrible mood. Usually when someone is having a bad day, I'll try to tip to make their day better but the worker had hit "no thanks" before having the chnace. I think his name was Chris? Then when the orders was done, I said "thank you" again, trying to make their day just a little bit better, but didn't get any response. The drinks were made great but the attitudes stink....

The worker swing open the door into our faces, almost hitting my little. She didn't even apologize. Then we waited 10 min, no acknowledgement. No one takes our order. One person sitting inside. Drive through had one car. 3 employees. Little need the restroom, we asked for code. They gave us the wrong code 2x. The restroom was disgusting. The employee stated, yeah I haven't cleaned it today. It is 6:30pm. Eww.

The music is so loud the staff cannot hear you you end up having to repeat your order at least three times and sometimes I get it wrong because the music is so loud and they can't hear you

Wheelchair accessibility: It's Roomy inside to move around with a wheelchair but the door is a little hard to open when you're trying to use a wheelchair with one arm and open the door of the other it should have an automatic door for people with disabilities

The service was great, I got paid and was getting drinks for my sisters birthday but the money I expected to be added to my acount took longer than expected to be added but luckily the staff was super nice and waited for me to he ready.

My 72 year old mother was in the drive through and placed her order. They forgot to add the bagel she ordered. Once she got to the window they claimed that she did not order the bagel and would have to either go back into the drive through lane or walk in. (Again, my mother is 72 years old with severe arthritis). My mother ended up being late for her doctor’s appointment because she had to go back and wait in the drive through lane. She then asked for napkins and was given wet napkins. I called to speak to the manager and the manager claimed it was a confusion and will talk to her customers. She insinuated that my mother should’ve said something ahead of time. The manager did not offer a credit for mother’s order, gift card or anything. 8/28/24 8:40am

Please work on your customer service. I went in on 7/26/24 at 7:10 pm. It was no customers when I went in, but a few in the drive thru line. When I walked in, there was no greeting, and there were three staff members. I waited at the online order station and my order was not ready, but I made a last minute decision to use my rewards to redeem a tumbler. I waited at the register and neither of the staff members said I’ll be right with you. I just waited until they decided to finally come over to help. I heard one of the staff say can you help the customer? And they said I’m making drinks. The staff member proceeded to do what she was doing, but finally she gave in to help me. Did not apologize for the wait. So I said I ordered online but I’d like to use my rewards to redeem this tumbler. So she rang me up and it turned out I didn’t have enough rewards to redeem the tumbler. So then the manager walks over to tell me I didn’t have enough. So I decided to pay the difference from the reward point in the amount of $10. When both the manager and staff rang me up, neither of them said thank you, or have a good day. They just awkwardly stared at me as they waited for me to leave. Saying have a good day or thank you, is a way for the customer to indicate that our service is complete. Just please tell your staff to have better customer service. Especially management.
