Come on starbucks I know you sold it to me but dang like a whole inch is missing couldn't you have solved the gap space by even just ice or maybe what I actually paid for like my actual coffee? Do I go back and complain or do I continue to omw to work? Ill just leave a review

Went through drive thru yesterday at around 10:30am. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two iced coffees. The barista asked me several different times if I ordered a third iced coffee. Each time I said no, just two iced coffees. On the last time she’s asked me I started to question if she charged me for three, I figured my total was high at $28 and wanted to verify I was only charged for two drinks. She said yes, I was only charged for two drinks. I checked the app today… she charged me for three….

This is the best Starbucks in Stockton. When you walk in, it feels like a San Francisco coffee shop, and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. I walked in yesterday hot, overwhelmed, and very much in need of a pick me up. Shalaya was there at the counter to help me gather myself! She made some great recommendations, and when she noticed that I was struggling, she offered me water and a cake pop that had lost its stick. Above and beyond! And it really did make my day much better. There are lots of places to sit and enjoy your drink, and a lot of room for people who need to pull out their computers to get work done. Love this place!

I always get white mocha frappe from this starbucks and never had a problem with it. Today, I got the same one and they made a white choco creme frappe instead of white choco mocha frappe. So i kindly asked them that the drink I asked for is white mocha frappe, and the guy was like “yes, this is white choco frappe, you asked creme based“ which didnt make sense, bc I ordered MOCHA which is a coffee based, and the guy was keep blaming me that I didnt specify if it’s either coffee based or creme based,,,, hello…????? IT IS THEM WHO MADE THE MISTAKE AND CLICKED ON THE WRONG MENU,,, it was such a bad experience today… the cashier girl with the glasses on (asian girl) need more training.
