Customer Service was so bad, I wasn’t able to order! After I was done with groceries, I wanted something to drink. So I went and they were there laughing around telling jokes not taking my order! They took so long I just left.

The most horrible thing that can happen to a customer is to expect a bad experience from the cashiers, with bad character and ignoring the customers, in addition to that, handing over my cold bread. How terrible that there are girls working at Starbucks with poor presentation to customers.

I am saying this in the nicest way, possible that this place is horrible. The service sucks here so bad and you always have to wait super long to get the simplest things. They really should have more people there or maybe even people that aren’t half asleep. They really need to update what they have there on the window so I don’t have to be waiting in the line like an idiot to find out there is no pastries. And that’s another thing if you want anything other than a drink, do not go to this Starbucks because they will never have it. They’re service is horrible. Once you clock into work you should not be having attitude with the customers it is rude and unprofessional. Overall if i could give this place 0 starts i would.

Nice workers. But this is insane . I been standing here with only two ppl in front for 40 mins. Their is only 1 person here all the time
Me and my husband bought a medium coffee and by the time we walked to our car the lid popped off and spilled all over my husband. Lid wasn't properly on prior to being given.
On 12/18 I ordered the Ham Dinner for pick up Christmas Eve Morning. I was emailed an order confirmation. Three days later I received an email from Safeway with the following text: „“….Your order, number ….., has been canceled. Product out if stock. Have a wonderful day.“ Needless to say I did not have a wonderful day only having 2 days left to get a meal together for my family for Christmas Eve. When I called their customer service number I was told the deadline for ordering had passed. Safeway did not take any responsibility for not posting a deadline on their website nor for having me sent an order confirmation with number. Hopefully other people relying on getting their Christmas dinner from Safeway read their emails in time to make alternative arrangements. Lost a customer, Safeway.
