Slow and grumpy service.

Went this morning and it seemed like it was during a rush. The team worked quickly and efficiently to get the drinks out. The baristas I encountered had exceptional customer service despite the rush. A special thank you to the barista who gave me the red cup!! He was such a delight!!

All Im asking is to at least follow instructions otherwise why bother with the options I understand a few mistakes every now and again but its ice could've just gave me half the ice and a little more drink and i'd have been good. Nonetheless thank you for the drink.

The manager, Sharon, was completely disrespectful and racist. I work remotely and visit different coffee shops at least twice a week. This helps me maintain a routine. I’ve never experienced such treatment before. Sharon kicked me out of the premises without any explanation. When I asked her why, she threatened to call the authorities if I didn’t leave. To make matters worse, I had my headphones on and wasn’t bothering anyone. I was just minding my own business and drinking my pink drink.

Oh, I need to add. There was a white lady sitting in the store who hadn’t purchased anything. Surprisingly, she wasn’t removed, unlike me. I was the only Hispanic person in the facility.

Drink was pink, service was trash.
Had a friend come in to quietly get some work done, but within 10 minutes she was told to leave—for absolutely no reason. The lady working here was curt and dismissive. Isn’t Starbucks supposed to be the spot where you can sip, sit, and study? Did I miss the memo on a new “no laptops allowed” policy, or was this just a case of selective rudeness?

Came in today to grab 4 coffees.... usually go thru drive-thru but opted to gey out. Lady who took my order was nice but others in there VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
While ordering 1 girl screams out '6
spendas'damn this lady must be tired'! Wow, no matter what someone orders you don't need to scream out. Also, everyone is wearing aprons, pants/shorts & blk short. The girl had pulled her shirt up in back so it looked like a half shirt & all her skin/fat is hanging out. Im definitely sure that is NOT Starbucks dress code.

No one man's the pick-up order window either & someone walked in & started to take my order!
When I asked about it all the lady said was 'sometimes ppl take the wrong one & then we have to just remake it's? Uummm, what kind of plan is that? Better idea wld b to make drinks & then have someone stand out counter 4 pick up
Bet then you wouldn't have to remake anything

I give this place 1 star..... zero would b better where alot of ppl working drice-thru & counter

Normally a safe choice for the best coffee, we all have our orders that we get. Today they decided not to make my wife's Mocha Cookie Crumble correctly. It tasted like black coffee, like they couldnt use a blender. I brought it back in and had to wait five minutes for a remake. The remake tasted correctly, clearly there fault. During that 5 minutes plenty of other drinks came out and I got the amusement of listening to them talk negatively about me bringing back in the messed up drink. Not the normal friendly, welcoming Starbucks environment. Drive to the next one, easily the worst customer service Starbucks in town.

So yesterday they got my drink wrong and told me to come back and they would make it right so I came back and they wanted proof of purchase so I showed them the cup from yesterday which still had coffee in it bcus it tasted like plain creamer so I didn’t drink it. And so they remade my drink and I kept asking for light ice and they literally filled the cup up with EXTRA ice. Like I’m getting punished for them having to remake my drink smh. Bad service.

I went to the Starbucks on West Ln by March Lane on December 28, 2024 and was greeted by Shannon. I was not familiar with the menu and she really helped me out with my purchase and to get what I like. I really enjoyed that Shannon was great at communication and Very eager to help. Normally with other people that help me, they are in a hurry or in a rush, but Shannon was very pleasant and not talking too fast or giving me weird Looks because I was not familiar with the menu. I will go back to this location just because of her great service nd she has the best vibes

I ordered a grande Americano with a bunch of options and had a chocolate croissant. They were both yummy
