Best customer service I have seen ever. When you walk through the door, they all greet you. They let you know they will be right with you. They start up small talk at the register. They say the name of each order they are working on. And even if they weren't directly a part of the small talk with you, they brought it up when you grab your drink. My jaw was dropped. This was awesome.

It's never okay to treat people like animals and not allow them to use the restroom. I buy from this company multiples a week!!!! I shouldn't have to buy a coffee at 3pm just have access to a bathroom. Terrible customer service, I will be giving my money to another company from now on.

I had preorder my drinks for the 4 for 20 dollars deal and I ordered ribbon crunch, coffee cake, two other drinks in this one specific drink which comes in the Venti size, but it is blended. I received my order and they gave me a drink that wasn’t even mine that I ordered, and I told them that this drink was supposed to be blended, not iced. It was a whole other drink that they gave me. I don’t know why the Starbucks are not reading the tags. They just assumed that they know how to make it right off the bat by one glance instead of thoroughly reading.

I have noticed a growing trend that I find disappointing.

I believe that Starbucks has developed a cult-like following, which I find excessive. The high prices for beverages, particularly when considering the mass production of many items, seem disproportionate to the value provided. Additionally, the emphasis on disposable income and the idea of daily Starbucks consumption seems irresponsible from a financial perspective.

I understand that Starbucks is a business and must operate to make a profit. However, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of pricing, product quality, and overall customer experience.
