Best customer service I have seen ever. When you walk through the door, they all greet you. They let you know they will be right with you. They start up small talk at the register. They say the name of each order they are working on. And even if they weren't directly a part of the small talk with you, they brought it up when you grab your drink. My jaw was dropped. This was awesome.
I had preorder my drinks for the 4 for 20 dollars deal and I ordered ribbon crunch, coffee cake, two other drinks in this one specific drink which comes in the Venti size, but it is blended. I received my order and they gave me a drink that wasn’t even mine that I ordered, and I told them that this drink was supposed to be blended, not iced. It was a whole other drink that they gave me. I don’t know why the Starbucks are not reading the tags. They just assumed that they know...
