I had preorder my drinks for the 4 for 20 dollars deal and I ordered ribbon crunch, coffee cake, two other drinks in this one specific drink which comes in the Venti size, but it is blended. I received my order and they gave me a drink that wasn’t even mine that I ordered, and I told them that this drink was supposed to be blended, not iced. It was a whole other drink that they gave me. I don’t know why the Starbucks are not reading the tags. They just assumed that they know...

I accidentally ordered my food and drink wrong location when I on my way to Starbucks after college. The worker are kindly and make my food and drink receipt I ordered for free. Amazing service.
