Unfortunately it’s always a bad apple that kills the vibe. I went through drive thru spoke to Desiree and asked for a pup cup. I typically get my coffee in the morning and already did my SB run previously. Someone else interrupted and stated I could not have a pup cup unless I made a purchase. Understandably, I said it’s ok to charge me for it. They said no it has to be an actual purchase. I was charged for a cake pop (3.75) and one pup cup. I received 2 pup cups as previously asked. If truly the reason for the charge is to keep track of product why only put ONE pup cup on the receipt and still hand out TWO. After speaking with customer service they stated that pup cups should be “no purchase necessary.” If it’s based per location (management) then this location hates animals plain and simple. (No one said hi to the dogs as they normally get excited to be greeted by someone in a green apron). Will I come back. Yes. However, I’ll stick to my morning crew rather than the afternoon shift. As an ex employee myself I would have handled this with a bit more compassion and patience. Starbucks continues to miss with “changes.”

Wish i could leave a 0 star rating, I had the worst experience at Starbucks today. My coffee was made completely wrong, and to top it off, my sandwich was literally frozen. The customer service was awful, especially from a girl named Des. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. Definitely not going back there again.

Stopped to use the RR because Starbucks usually has clean restrooms .. I always like to order something even if I don't need it. I ordered a Chai Tea (hot water + tea bag)and got the code for the RR. The RR was dirty. Came back and literally waited at least 10-12 min. I would have left.. but already paid. The tea was much too hot to drink for a long time and became overly brewed before cool enough to safely remove the bags. The second time, we passed on the way home.. I wanted coffee and needed to use the restroom. So, I ordered about 10 min away. When we arrived the store was closed and we had to wait in a very long line. Then, we had to go from place to place to find an open store to use the RR.

Around 8PM we stopped at this location. I ordered an extra hot chocolate with cream. There was only 1 car ahead of us. We waited 10 minutes to get semi-full cup with lukewarm chocolate without cream. Waste of time and money.

A friend stopped to get me coffee on his way home from work and paid $6 for a venti iced milk that should have been an iced caramel macchiato.

In response to starbucks reply: For future reference, not everyone can drive back to starbucks to have a coffee remade that should have been made correctly in the first place. This isn't the first time this has happened. But thank you for letting me know that I should immediately test my drink while still at the window so I can have it remade if necessary 🙄 what if it's a hot coffee? Train your employees better. Not your customers. If you're having us do your quality control, maybe your coffee should be cheaper.

Terrible ice mocha, missing the espresso part, long wait, ended up with the wrong food item, although they corrected it after I reported a mistake.

I didn't like it at all, the frappucino we bought was frozen and tasted nothing, we didn't return it, we threw it away, and I and my husband decided not to go back to that place, EVER where the employees give you what they want and not what you want. You are paying for what you are going to taste.
