Felt rushed. Worker was still working on my sandwich when I was provided the total. Upon returning home I see that my sandwich did not have all the ingredients asked for. I don’t intend on returning.

The person who made the order must have been more baked than the white bread I didn't ask for. I had 2 sandwiches made, one an italian BLT, the other white bread with a mockup of toppings. Dude must've misheard me twice, asked for Italian he responded with 'Garlic?', responded with Italian where he grabbed white bread instead. He didn't put the lettuce or tomato in a BLT. Other sandwich was fine, just don't ask for a BLT

This was my first job when I was in high school. I had applied to this location and the owners sent me all the way to Lodi for a month until they let me go because apparently I wasn’t working fast enough. Mind you my coworkers never once trained me. Well, decided to leave a review today because I went in with my family to get sandwiches. We had one coupon to get three sandwiches and they were only making two we had told them to add one more and the Indian workers started whispering to each other in their language/raising their voices at us. Not sure if they remembered who I was.? When we were ready to pay they threw our sandwiches into a bag in an angry manner. Now I’m not being racist but I feel like subways need to be more diverse and stop hiring family members. If you go in and wonder why the same Indians are still there every time you return it’s because they don’t tell on each other like they would a Mexican, African or Caucasian worker. Well that concludes my long review.

Very bad service, the lady who helped me was very rude, she had a lot of attitude, she looked upset and very impatient, they should hire warm and friendly staff!!!
Vegetarian options: Well, they have a lot to choose from, even I grabbed a vegetarian sandwich.
Parking: It is a place with a lot of open spaces so there is enough space to park.
Kid-friendliness: The place looks very good and is suitable for children.

Came here on May 20th. I was Probably the second customer. I told the lady artesian Italian bread but she prepared in white bread. Very irritated was getting upset because I was slow. I tried to make conversation since we are from the same country but she wasn't having it. Please retrain. She clearly doesn't like working Saturday morning. ? n was very happy when I refused to take she receipt.
