This was my first job when I was in high school. I had applied to this location and the owners sent me all the way to Lodi for a month until they let me go because apparently I wasn’t working fast enough. Mind you my coworkers never once trained me. Well, decided to leave a review today because I went in with my family to get sandwiches. We had one coupon to get three sandwiches and they were only making two we had told them to add one more and the Indian workers started whispering to each other in their language/raising their voices at us. Not sure if they remembered who I was.? When we were ready to pay they threw our sandwiches into a bag in an angry manner. Now I’m not being racist but I feel like subways need to be more diverse and stop hiring family members. If you go in and wonder why the same Indians are still there every time you return it’s because they don’t tell on each other like they would a Mexican, African or Caucasian worker. Well that concludes my long review.

Ordered on the app. When I arrived I was greeted. But I had a question about the app and I was told they didn't know about what I was asking about. Or didn't understand. Seemed a bit rude and weird that they don't know much about their own app. I ordered 2 sandwiches. One tuna and one turkey. Got home and both sandwiches were turkey. I tried calling the number to complain or maybe get my sandwich replaced but no one answered. I will never go here again.

The customer service was horrible the female who was serving us made a mistake and when we corrected her on it she said we should’ve told her but she didn’t listen when we did, please consider hiring better employees because I will not come back again. To a disrespectful community

I like to go to the Subway in Trinity Parkway in Stockton. The service is friendly and they always put together very good sandwiches. I appreciate the remodel as well. I will continue to give them my business. The owners and employees deserve some recognition. Thank you.

I stopped in today to get a sandwichThe lady behind the counter told me she would be right with me and so I waited. She then began to make 4 sandwiches I'm guessing for a door dash order. One girl was on her break so I get she was kinda slammed. It was me and 2 other customers waiting. I couldn't stand and wait any longer so I left just before the lady behind me started to complain. Maybe the customers standing in the actual store should be taken care of first. I mean we are the ones actually wasting gas to make the trip to your storefront.

Came here on May 20th. I was Probably the second customer. I told the lady artesian Italian bread but she prepared in white bread. Very irritated was getting upset because I was slow. I tried to make conversation since we are from the same country but she wasn't having it. Please retrain. She clearly doesn't like working Saturday morning. ? n was very happy when I refused to take she receipt.

It smelled like fresh bread when we walked in. The vegetables were fresh and we were the only ones inside. Our sandwiches were made how we liked them. Outside was clean upon walking in.

On March 22 I ordered for delivery. I didn't get my second bag of Sun Chips. I used Subway's contact form and someone by the name of Gus Chima responded to me. However, Gus never addressed my concern. I paid for something that I didn't receive. I'm not giving out free money here. I paid for Sun Chips I should receive what I paid for or a refund. Every time I responded to Gus' email he never rectified my issue and the last time I responded to him he never got back to me. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The Food was great made by a guy who looks to be in his teens. He's assisted me multiple times before and always made the food in a satisfying manner. Always respectful and kind. My issue was that his coworker an Indian lady who seems on the shorter side maybe 30s kept side eying him and making remarks so the customer (Me) couldn't hear it. I came to think she was upset at the amount of food he was providing. She then whispered something in his ear and continued to be rude. This was very upsetting. Why would someone allow this kind of behavior in a work place. Again the food was great service on behalf of the boy was great but why was he singled out in this situation. My two foot longs came out to around $25 which I do not mind because he made them so well that it deserved the money and tip. I really hope this woman is spoken to for such behavior. It should be unacceptable.
