My wife went in to get 2 sandwiches and a salad for our family. She was met with rude comments from a young Indian guy with a tattoo behind his ear. He even tried to get her social media after passive aggressive remarks. My wife wanted to make sure I got a SALAD and the idiot puts a thin layer of spinach in a bowl so of course she's gonna ask for more. When she asked for more she was met with "you really like spinach huh?" His trend of light toppings continued as he put bare minimum on the salad and the sandwiches. She ordered a pretzel and a soda and then he asks her if she wants 2 pretzels and 2 sodas instead of 1 and she took it as he was insinuating all that food was for her and she somehow needed more than what she ordered. SHUT UP AND MAKE THE FOOD! we were there a couple weeks ago and a lovely petite black woman served us and she was AMAZING! The one star goes to her and her alone. P.S. I tried to call the restaurant to complain but it goes straight to voicemail and the box is full... go figure! Probably filled with complaints.

Second time that I order here online, the first time they changed the bread and it wasn't toasted as I ordered and they forgot the teriyaki sauce on the chicken, this time I ordered a black forest ham with oil and red wine vinegar and I don't know why the fu... they put teriyaki sauce on it and very poor on vegetables and they didn't put cheese in it

Usually this place is on point, but today it was off the hook. One dude had been waiting in there for over an hour. I placed my order for kirkside service not only were they 10 minutes late for the order to be ready but the order was completely just thrown together not well. I had ordered my meatballs of toasted with parmesan cheese and it was not toasted with any cheese. It was simply meatballs and some sauce thrown on what ever bun, My soda didn't even have ice in it and it was flat. Usually these people are so nice and have my order perfect and they take care with it but not today. Of the last 5 visits this was the worst the other 4 were probably 4 out of 5 stars but this one- 0 of 5 stars.

I ordered 3 foot longs and paid $2.70 for avacados per sandwich and when I got home not one sandwich had avacado I tried calling and they have a disconnected line ?♀️

Today I went to Subway... (the one on Manthey road)And as per usual I ordered 2 footlongs...I asked for provolone on one and American cheese on the other.The American cheese container only had 1 piece in it. And so the woman who was making my sandwich (the manager) asked an employee to go get American cheese from the back. The employee replies in Hindi, "Just put pepper jack cheese, it not like they can tell the difference," and he implied that we don't understand him. When we confronted him, he stated that he was just joking. His tone when he told the manager about the pepper jack cheese wasn't a joking tone. So that was definitely a lie. The manager also had the audacity to claim that she doesn't know the owner's name. Which is practically impossible. Pepper jack is spicy and my children don't like spicy food. So they would have definitely noticed that it wasn't the cheese of their choice. Does anyone know what the owner's name and contact information is?Thanks~

Fire the people in this subway. If I keep receiving bad food heath department is gonna have to visit because a sandwich ordered online with no pressure & basic instructions on finishing the sandwich but they can’t follow the rules? How stupid can the person be.

The place is great.But I think the people that is being hired isn’t being managed by a manager.Or the manager need a manager.The food when i come in is all messy unorganized.And when there isn’t anymore there isn’t any more toppings. Which the whole point of subway is the sandwich toppings.And my sister saw a fly come out of the meet area.Instead changing it continued.I also think that they should really have someone there to supervise the why they do cleaning and picking up.Because when I went in they didn’t have much people.And didn’t have time to clean or to have more toppings made.
I go here always. The workers are really nice. There soup was different and now it's changed. It seems something is added to it. The taste changed from last month when I used to buy it.

It's same like this Subway's under new management and looks like this particular location has improved their service more, but ofcourse haven't been there since 2015-16 years.
