Just left this location. Been ordering the same sub every day here for almost a week. I got hooked on it what can I say? Anyway the sandwich artist today uses a knife full of avocado to cut my sandwich. I'm left with avocado residue all over and a big chunk in the middle of my lunch. This would not be a big deal if I actually liked avocado. Then I asked at checkout if the raspberry cheesecake cookies were soft. She said yes so I ordered three of them. I get back to eat my meal and see that the cookies are brown and I cannot bite them they are so hard. Not at all soft. This just made it to where I won't come back. I don't feel like this establishment cares about the customers they just want to do as little as possible for them and lie to get a sale. I even asked the girl if the cookies were soft after I saw what was going on the bag and she confirmed they were. They were not! I would not recommend this place if you value customer service and satisfaction.

tried calling them for a messed up order that was delivered. no one answers the phone. i guess they expect to keep everyones money because they dont want to handle complaints. sounds about right

This spot has very unprofessional workers who have zero experience as "sandwich artists". The person who made my sandwich was very messy and forgetful. I had to state every single ingredient I wanted on my sandwich one by one. The person making my sandwich spilled veggies and meat all over the place, and this is not the first time that this has happened to me at this location. After I ordered and paid, the worker forgot to give me my sandwich. Terrible experience, 2/10.

Today is Monday morning breakfast time at Stockton's neighborhood subway. This morning I had a fantastic experience with the sandwich artist at Subway. She made my food excellent. I would recommend these subway to anyone that goes to Stockton. She was kind friendly patient understanding and asked questions frequently. She went the extra mile to find somethings that I was looking for. Thank you for the incredible experience. I hope you get a special bonus or something's for being so kind and nice. There should be more sandwiches artists like you.
Order the BLT, the bacon was all fat. After asking about it, they told me they put 4 slices of bacon. No, she took 2 pieces and tore them in half. Toasted the bread and bacon was still all fat. Worst sandwich, what is wrong with these businesses and they wonder why their going out of business!

Ordered online. They were out of a lot of items and messed up my whole families sandwiches. The sandwiches were skinny and had little to no veggies or meat. Do not recommend. I like subway just not this one.
