Ok so they offer the MEAL OF THE DAY… but they don’t have it on the system, they made me the sandwich and then told me they don’t have it… Poor service. Waste of time.

Waited almost an hour for service. The place reeked of poop and every customer in the place recognized it too. A fly landed on my vegetables and the employee did nothing about it or replace the soiled food. I will never be returning here. Don't get food here.

I went there for having my lunch because i feel it's cheaper than other restaurants but they charged me $18 dollars for just veggie footlong sub even the boy working over there charges me for extra veggies as well how rude it is i would never recommend anybody to go there..

I love subway sandwiches dearly I've been to several subways but I'm in love with 1304 E hammer lane. your employee Karman is one of the best, she's so polite, truly respectful, very patient ❣️ and makes the best sandwich of all time. The sandwich taste so good, because she makes them from the heart. Last but never the least her customer service is above the rim and that's as high as you can go. Please keep Karman never let her go she's truly one of the best. Love always momma Marguerite.

This shop 1304 Hammer Lane Ste 10 Stockton , CA 95210 This shop so very BADLY , BADLY ... This shop has an Indian guy about 25 to 30 years old , he works on Wednesday evening around 5PM _9PM . He's so MEAN and so very BAD ... He charged for a cheese sauce and a paper bag . I explained to him , I said I didn't ask you extra cheese slices , why you charge me more money then he so very MEANS... he said he charge me a cheese sauce . There are no Subway that charges for a cheese sauce and a paper bag . It's wrong to do that , there's no right . I won't come back anymore

So today on 8/21 I went to the subway on Hammer Ln. there always ready but this time don’t know if she’s new but she told me next time to go in around 9:30 cause they just opened they should be ready when they open and I ordered 2 a ham, egg & cheese on flat bread when I got home and I seen it was packed with ham and no egg in both of them we were very disappointed.
I am not sure if I arrived at the wrong time but when I think about subway, I think about fresh, clean and healthy...yet I arrived and although it was empty no customer around (maybe this is why) i see the front counter dirty, the meat slicer with ham still left behind, the ham left in a green tray. The counter where they make the sandwiches dirty, the vegetables didn't seem fresh. I honestly was grossed out, I asked the staff girl if this is how you keep this place? While I pointed to the things I noticed and she immediately started cleaning... again maybe I arrived at a bad timing but I could not take this picture out of my head...the young lady was nice, there was another male there with a subway tshirt just sitting there watching her clean...
Please keep this place clean, window food display clean and put the ham where it supposed to go not just leave it there with the machine slicer all dirty... honestly, the health department should come and take a look at this place. If this is at customer eye sight, I can't imagine the back/kitchen/food storage.

Time showed on google close 9pm I went there 8pm sign is open but she closed the door I requested she just said we close if your store is close please turn off your sign and correct your hours on google

WARNING!!!!!! There is a credit card skimmer that was used here last week! If you don't know what that is, it's when someone steals your credit card or debit card information when you use it to pay. Then the criminal will make purchases with your card without you knowing. If you go here I recommend only PAY WITH CASH.
