A lady in spacks have very bad behaviour, she didn’t know how to serve a customer, very very bad customer service. I visit this subway 1st time, i had a very bad experience. I recommend everyone plz don’t visit this store. Its only wastage of time to visit this store.

I came 6/21/24 it was around 2pm and no guest were inside just me . to this location to use the restroom, I was told that I had to purchase in order to use the facility . This was fine with me I then order a churro but cashier could not charge me until it was cooked , I then asked her for the code for the restroom cashier said could not give it to me until I paid, cashier said this was the owner policy, but I was doing the purchase which I was ok with this but made no sense, I really needed to use the restroom but could not use it till the churro was cooked and paid for it . Cashier could had charge me so I would able to use the restroom Owner or manager should explain so employees understand the following If a guest is purchasing then they should be able to use the restrooms, I went across to Taco Bell and I didn’t need to purchase anything and I was able to use restroom , but I did purchase something at Taco Bell for gratitude..

Stopped in this subway today and i got best most welcoming service from the guy there. I had to back ask for his name just for this review. Carmello is his name and being a great person is his game. Thanks again buddy most people ingore disabled people like we dont exist but you were awesome

New menu looks promising with the best sellers and classics still available. Most of the ingredients looked good except for the lettuce. It was only mid day but the lettuce looked stale and the full/near full tray looked as bad or even worse. Staff seemed like still getting used to the new menu, but filled the order as requested.
