I went here yesterday to order a foot long and the guy making my sandwich was very rude and coughed in the direction of the deli meats and cheese when making my sandwich. I looked at my receipt for a name but there was no name on it just a cashier number 1. When I looked at the vegetables there were little fruit flies flying all over them it was disgusting I didn't even touch my sandwich it went straight to the garbage. Overall my experience was horrible and the room felt very dirty.

We moved to this area nearby 17 years ago, and have frequented this Subway ever since. It's always clean, well-organized, and the food is fresh and prepared with care. I don't know how the owner and employees fit everything into our sandwiches which miraculously still hold together when we eat them. Toasted or not toasted, we've never been dissappointed. There are so many healthy delicious choices, and the family that runs it is amazing. They cater many events (in addition to servicing the restaurant) and always aim to please. Their bathroom is clean and their menu boards are easy to see and read. Parking is free and ample!

Food is great BUT... The nice older Indian woman who works the counter is super friendly, however I did notice a bunch of times of her serving my food without a mask and she likes to talk a lot, I can see her saliva going into my food and the ingredients on the counter. I'm slightly germaphobic with the pandemic / trippledemic and all going on, but don't get me wrong the food here is great. I would rather go to the other Subway on Thornton Road so I don't get a health hazard. One suggestion to all employees at the store: please put a mask on when handling the food.

This is one of the worst locations in the Central Valley. Yes, it is the only location in the Trinity Pkwy area, however that does not excuse rudeness. First of all, it was our first time ordering from this location, we ordered online, it wasn't lunch time yet, and still the lady was beyond rude. We were very specific online with adding extra of different toppings, and we were already outside, so we walked right in. There was one customer at a table, and another customer had just finished ordering. We walked up to the counter to let her know we had placed an order online, she is not a pleasant person at all, or welcoming to say the least. As she was adding the vegetables and other toppings I asked her if she could please add more spinach as well as olives because she put VERY minimal when the order has "extra". She was SUPER RUDE, and replied " I am preparing it from the order"! Everything was SUPER minimum, the chicken was scraped from the bottom of the container, and she refused to prepare our sandwiches as requested on the online order. Who does that???? We didn't see her name, however, it only takes "one" person to ruin a business. We may be only two persons, however, we will be telling our circle of friends to avoid this rude unwelcoming location. Yes the cost of food is rising, however so have the prices at Subway and other fast food restaurants. Never ever again will we return to this location, and if you are the Manager or Owner, shame on you for not representing Subway as a Corporation, your location is bad for business. Your location is the perfect example of why customers use Yelp. I should have checked on Yelp before experiencing your rude unwelcoming behavior.

Called to try to do a pick up order, & they said they don't do orders over the phone. They said to do it online. So I go online & try to order and it says "We're sorry, this location is not able to take orders at the moment. Please search for another restaurant." I guess they don't want my money.

My son's meatball sub today was blazing hot, fresh, and delicious! Store was clean and the service was friendly. Would definitely recommend this Subway!

Beware of this place. I placed an order online for pick up. I orders a cold combo that would come with salami, Turkey, ham and baloney. I guess since I used the post mates app this company thought they could serve the order however they wanted. Not knowing that (me) the customer was picking it up. I get the orders 3 sandwiches which I had paid online. I get to the car open up one and they filled the order with baloney only and didn't place any of the other meats and had a dry paper bug wrapped in the order. went back in to ask them to correct it or offer my refund. The manager stepped outside the counter proceeded to argue with me telling me no refund call postmate. I said you can't be serious and he continued on as I walked out. Horrible service and no accountability to their business or how they treat customers. It's a money gain for them and so u know the baloney had a pinkish look to it it looked like very old meat that they couldn't sale. I trashed the order and will never order here again !!! Do not give them a penny of your money it's not worth it getting sick or I'll behind their lack of fresh items..go to Togos or any other place u will not go wrong. Never again

Me and my family went here to get some sandwiches, we are very disappointed with them, because normally subway gives us very good sandwiches, but here they put barely anything in the sandwiches that we were given, there was barely any meat, nor vegetables, We were very disappointed, we recommend to not go there. They are cheating.

Ordered 4 sandwiches...they were missing so many ingredients...asked for mustard..none there, extra vege's none...Paid 1.80 for one slice of bacon. Ordered a #2 --Steak and cheese and it was missing so much of the steak where was the onions and peppers? Sandwich was mostly bread.I have been a customer at this place for over 10 years..sad to say because I had to do it before as they were this way in the past but i will drive to another Subway, other subways care about their customers but not him. The owner here is cheap..sad too as we have spent a lot of money over the years here. If you are hungry and want a Subway sandwich that is made the correct way try the one off March and I-5 or the one on Highway 12 I have gotten better sandwiches and service than I ever got here...

Use to go this franchise while on the road as it is near the freeway but in the past couple of times the manager or franchiser was RUDE and assembled the sandwiches like he was pocketing the profit. Will more than likely never go back, as there are others who do not offer such an experience.

I come into this subway pretty frequently. The girl with the glasses and the guy she works with are so nice. They give excellent customer service. The food is always great. I highly recommend this subway, but they're is one lady that's older and is very rude to her employees. I seen her yell at one that usually works in afternoons. Other than that, I highly recommend this subway. Outstanding customer service.

Garry made us the perfect set of sandwiches. He said it's really no issue to make multiple sandwiches as long as you tell him one at a time so he can really zero down and focus on the one sandwich.

Was in the area and went in because my son and i were hungry. Older guy was not friendly. Was a little rude and made our sandwiches sloppy. He seemed like he was in a bad mood. They were not wrapped good. I will never go to this one again.
