I will never order from the subway again. The guy could barely speak any English which I don't mind but he is rude. I ordered a ham sandwich and with light on the dressings and all I could taste was the dressing. There was hardly any ham in there and I couldn't taste the cheese in there. All I could taste was mustard and mayo and and my daughter got a chicken sandwich and there was hardly any chicken in there. Very skimpy on that. I would be ashamed to own this restaurant or work here because they are very skimpy on everything and then they are very rude. They stand there and roll their eyes when you're asking for your order. This is not the first time I've had a problem there never going back

This restaurant is an embarrassment and I would be ashamed to call it my establishment. I have been here several times within about a month (February-March 2025) timeframe and my experience has been at a baseline of bad with the occasional dip into disbelief of how bad this place would sink. This list of grievances sums up my latest and last experience: rude service, excessively hard to communicate, does not participate in promotions like coupons, out of meatballs, no ice in soda fountain, still cost almost $20. This was about the average experience with the exception of being out of meatballs, that was only the latest visit. I have no idea why I tried so many times to go back in hopes they would redeem themselves in even one category, maybe because I refused to believe what was in front of me. This wasn’t just a bad day for them, they must believe they are that terrible and just don’t give a rip.

First time here and it will be the last time. The guy that served us today is on the phone, talking to somebody else so he could barely hear our orders. He has a full, trimmed beard and moustache, silver necklace chain, wears an orange hijab (not that I have anything against his culture or anything, but just to identify this guy because he does not have a name tag), not friendly, worked super slow, and overall just unfriendly, uncaring, and unkind environment. Bye forever!

For me to give a food place a low rating they had to have messed up more than a few times. These guys do it on purpose, taking advantage of the customer. They under fill the proteins, over fill on the vegetables and if you pay for anything extra like more meat or avacado, they don't put it in there at all. And when you try to get a refund, they change the language to their native tongue and play dumb that they don't know how to do a refund for the missed item. The store on country club will never get another 1 of my dollars.

You guys need to fire the guy working there at 1:50 Jan 27th. He has no idea what a “cold cut” told me cold cut is only ham. I said I want turkey for the cold cut deal he says ok. Makes my sandwich then at the end try’s to charge me 15$ when the Monday cold cut deal is 6.99. He argues with me telling me turkey is not a cold cut LOL. any slice of cold meat is a cold cut. Waste of my time then try’s to be rude when I tell him I get this deal every Monday at every other subway.

terrible service, didn't have any good lettuce, but so lazy to get more the girl pointed the pinkish clolored lettuce, you want people to eat that pinkish looking lettuce, I didn't know I need to put my number to get points, I ask the cashier he's no better, if i can the bar code to get my points he said yeah, no u can't, lousies subway ever

I tried to order online and their website was having issues. It kept trying to charge my account "five times". With no confirmation. We tried calling to place our order and no one would pick up after 15 minutes of calling store and then someone hanging up on us. we drove to go in Country club subway. (Kids wanted) I won't be purchasing from this Subway anymore.

This place sucks I ordered three sandwiches and none of them were right and I think the reason because was there was a huge language barrier the dude could not understand me and I could not understand Kim I will never go there again!

Ordered 4 sandwiches. 1 had wrong items, 2nd was missing items, 3rd was just thrown together so when we opened it it fell apart. 4th was ok. But come on. This use to be a great shop!!! Next time i will drive a little further.
