Such an awful experience. If I could rate this place at 0 stars, I would. They have false advertisements for their items. I asked for a cup of ice and they told me they charge for it....for ICE? Where on the menu does it say that? I asked them, and they said they don't need a sign. Terrible customer service & almost never friendly when I go there. Also their prices are a bit intense for a mall kiosk when theres other better boba and smoothies in the shopping area for a cheaper price. Its kinda sad.

When I was ordering I ordered 2 med bobas and 1 large. They put a bunch of ice in the blender and barely any milk or anything. When I got them they were not fully filled up and had a bunch of space left Also I noticed that they put in extra boba when I didn’t ask for it taking away product. When I tasted my boba it tasted like water
Just ordered two tropical paradise. It's cold with a hint of flavor, almost tastes like water. When I get home I'm going to add some honey but it doesn't taste like pineapple or mango. Weak Flavor.

Dont buy anything from this kiosk. They just filled my glass with ice and yellow color and gave it to me as a Mago and Strawberry juice. After 2 sips, I threw it away. wasted $7.30.

Used to love this place, so sad they’ve taken advantage of customers. $17.80, almost $18 for TWO drinks is outrageous. Not even Starbucks charges that much. Please go to Lollicup or T4 instead, this shop just rips you off now and the service quality went down horribly.
