Such an awful experience. If I could rate this place at 0 stars, I would. They have false advertisements for their items. I asked for a cup of ice and they told me they charge for it....for ICE? Where on the menu does it say that? I asked them, and they said they don't need a sign. Terrible customer service & almost never friendly when I go there. Also their prices are a bit intense for a mall kiosk when theres other better boba and smoothies in the shopping area for a cheaper price. Its kinda sad.

This used to be my go-to spot for boba drinks, but the taste and quality of the drinks has gone downhill since the new people took over running things. They don't prep or drain the boba properly, and their drinks don't taste right

This spot used to be the highlight of the day when going to the mall. I love their strawberry banana smoothies here! Not much service, it is more of an order quickly and pick up your drink shortly afterwards. I came for a quick strawberry banana smoothie to go. I made the mistake of getting the smoothie with boba though. The boba did not go that well with the smoothie, so I did not exactly liked my drink. Their boba tasted a bit hard and old. The drink would had been way better by itself - next time I will just get it as it is.

When I was ordering I ordered 2 med bobas and 1 large. They put a bunch of ice in the blender and barely any milk or anything. When I got them they were not fully filled up and had a bunch of space left Also I noticed that they put in extra boba when I didn’t ask for it taking away product. When I tasted my boba it tasted like water

Just ordered two tropical paradise. It's cold with a hint of flavor, almost tastes like water. When I get home I'm going to add some honey but it doesn't taste like pineapple or mango. Weak Flavor.

Dont buy anything from this kiosk. They just filled my glass with ice and yellow color and gave it to me as a Mago and Strawberry juice. After 2 sips, I threw it away. wasted $7.30.

Don't go there. This place is a joke. I went there and ordered mango/strawberry juice. They charged me $7.30. When I sipped at the juice, it was just a ice and water. After 2 sips, I threw it away. I could not believe that they would rob me in broad day light by selling me glass full of ice and water in the name of juice.

I visited Surf City Squeeze several times. This place has delicious smoothies. I usually like to get the Large Strawberry Banana Smoothie. However, the workers are very rude and standoffish every time. It's hard to support this business when customer service is truly lackluster.

Always order when I shop at this mall , the owner (Korean people ?) make drink good , they change owner or what ? Haven't see them but still order but the drink totally different, no taste no flavor
This review is just on the Original Lemonade offered here. I believe the lemonade is advertised as freeze squeezed. My opinion on this is it isn't. If you've ever used the Real Lemon lemon juice in the bottle, this is exactly what this lemonade tastes like. There is a hint of sweetness but not much and the rest is that Real Lemon juice in a bottle taste.

This place is plain nasty. From the drinks all the way down to the workers. The workers sit around and talk all day and pick and choose who they will service. My husband walked up and they told him they were closed and I went up and they took my order with no problem. The workers are rude and stuck up and think they are entitled and better then every single soul. When they are out of ingredients, they do not apologize nor feel bad. They give a shitty attitude. The smoothies are watery as hell and have no flavor. I would go to McDonald's and get a smoothie before ever going to this place. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS? You can tell the owner is racist, that is why there is nothing but Asians working here, rude kids.

Used to love this place, so sad they’ve taken advantage of customers. $17.80, almost $18 for TWO drinks is outrageous. Not even Starbucks charges that much. Please go to Lollicup or T4 instead, this shop just rips you off now and the service quality went down horribly.
