I’ve been to Sushi Hub twice now and all I gotta say is, “Dang it! I love everything about the place! From the food to the service to the people!” The place is very clean as well. Chef is awesome with his creative presentations of certain sushi rolls! I haven’t tried everything yet but I am positive ima love them all!
P.S. I am pretty picky when it comes to food. Not necessarily what type of food but flavor, texture, portions and presentation.

Had an amazing experience today! We’ve never been to Stockton but we stopped for a quick lunch to wrap up a long weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by a relaxing environment, delicious and quality food and quick and friendly service. We sat at the bar and had the chef make us a surprise roll along with the Stockton Roll and Mt Fuji Roll that he mentioned were community favorites. It was all amazing and then was surprised with fried ice cream roll! It was the perfect lunch to wrap up our weekend.
Don't let the location confuse you.This was delicious and unique sushi and we hope to have the option stop again!

The food was good. I had the California roll and volcano, which were good. However, I ordered a beer, and they gave me a warm bottle from the fridge. I asked to see if they had a colder one, and they brought me a second warm beer. I like cold beer

My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time and boy was it good food! We ordered the Godzilla, Volcano, and King Kong rolls. First thing first, if you love the Volcano roll and want it bigger than normal rolls, they don't disappoint here. There's tempura shrimp, avocado, and scallions on top of the normal spicy crab. When it comes to all of the rolls, though, the sauce to fish umami flavor ratio is perfect. Bonus points for the owner being available anytime for customers to meet. I definitely can't wait to go here again soon.
Dietary restrictions: They're willing to make any changes to their dishes if you just ask them.
Kid-friendliness: Owner will make any dish more kid friendly without complaint and even provide something for infants like avocado slices or a small dipping bowl full of crab.
