I take a look at the menu - ok, "the mac" looks good. I get it because I want the 2 macarons on top - one for me and one for my nephew. When "the mac" was ready, the soft serve was already melting. The macarons - hard as heck. I was able to bang it on the table and make a solid thud thud thud. How disappointing. Then, my friend asks the guy for napkins. His response, we are out of napkins but feel free to grab paper towels from the bathroom. Really?! Last complaint, they are a part of the city card thing where you purchase a loaded card to support local business because of the pandemic... when we tried to use our QR code - oh sorry, we've never used it. We don't have the system for it. I hope they're not getting city funds for "participating" in this program that they don't have a system for. Never going back.

I was a bit confused on my first visit. The menu up on the screens did not show the full menu I saw on Yelp. I wanted a slushee type drink and I had no idea how to order that. The young lady at the register said that they could make whatever I wanted. I felt pressed to just order as there was a line forming behind me. I like fruity drinks and that's not what I ordered but that was on me. After ordering, I noticed that off to the left of the ordering counter, there's a touch screen on a stand with the full menu. You can order, customize your drink and even pay there. Next time I go, I will try using the touch screen.

As a regular before the pandemic, I returned to do photography for the open mic show and it's just as good if not better than before! Staff is always warm and considerate, one of the co-owners came in and said hi, the teas and I've cream are slamin' and their new donuts are delicious ? Always fresh and clean, always a good time to be had.

Not sure what happened, but I've ordered several items from here on different occasions and was very disappointed each time. I mistakenly tried to give them multiple chances. There are so many better places than this, so I don't understand the hype. The wings were blah...no flavor on any of the flavor choices. The boba was hard. The donuts tasted old. The only thing I liked was a milkshake. Very disappointed. I won't make that mistake again especially with so many better similar places like T4, Quickly, or even Lolicup, etc etc...
This place is so cute! Staff here is very kind. Drinks and customer service is always on point.

Went into the cafe and ordered 8 mochi donuts and 1 drink from their self ordering station. There were a group of boys playing video games and no one else in front of me. I waited 20 minutes only to be told that they were all out of donuts and my drink was still not made so of course I cancelled my order in all. The staff seemed genuinely apologetically about it, however, it was very unprofessional. They need a better system that indicates if they are out of certain items especially since they do DoorDash orders and pick up orders. I ordered donuts via DoorDash for pickup earlier this week as well and 5 drinks. I only received 4 drinks and they were out of a flavor I ordered but I wasn't notified until I got to the store. I'm not too impressed at this point with both of my experiences so far.

Tea is good..but the service is super slow! Wasted my 20mins for "popcorn chicken" When I order I ask if they have pop corn chicken.. they said yes.. when I got my order it was some small pieces of chicken tender...not what I expected.. especially for the time I waited.. if you go for the drinks that is fine... but food/snack wise definitely NOT worth it... they gave this big styrofoam with barely anything inside not even any sauce to offer..

Was trilled to find a place in town that sell mochi donuts. The first time I had mochi donuts was at Japan town in San Francisco. So when I saw this place on Instagram, I was excited! I came in today wanted to try all the favors of their mochi donuts so I got 6 for $20 and got the special Monday $3 deal for milkshakes. The amount came up over $26. I try the mocha milkshake, it taste like a chocolate milkshake. There is no coffee taste and all I can taste is the over power chocolate syrup. It was too sweet for my liking. Unfortunately, even my kids try it and think it is too sweet. As for the mochi donuts, it was also too sweet, thick glazed, and not soft. Tad disappointed.
