Last time we will come to this location… Friday night was a long day this place made it longer! They were 3people from what I can see from outside keeps chitchatting by the front counter and asked my son if he placed an ordered which my son replied that he did. 15 mints later still no order and 5mnts after that a worker started cleaning the tables and ask him again if he placed order…there’s no other costumer in there. Been slow also in the drive thru! Only seen 1 car since I parked. Waited another 5mints and I went to the door. A worker was telling me it’s close. I pointed that my son is there and he opened the door for me. Once inside I ask “how much longer is it gonna take?” Been waiting.., he said he will check and seems like they were figuring it out. I was obviously upset with the long wait but was not rude. Soon after they hand my son our order took almost 30mnts. I understand when it’s rush hour and busy cleaning or other tasks! But Friday night confirmed this location is a NO GO list!!! This is the 4th time we had issues with wait time here. The other times I gave benefits of the doubt… such a convenient location in and out of the freeway but waiting time is crazy…

Need to clean up, especially bathroom. Dirty, sink blocked, trashy, no soap or paper towels.
The hottest freshest taco bell I've had in over 15 years! Highly recommend 👌

The food is hot. The restaurant feels like a walk-in refrigerator. The tables were dirty. They didn't give me any of my sauces and no utensils to eat my potatos. The manager said it was her fault and apologized. But I still walked away extraordinarily dissatisfied with this experience.

The service was great the food awful this is the problem is taco bell was know quality control one the food is good and it looks good the next 10 times you go its bad and can really be bad no meat no lettuce no no cheese you are better off going to a taco truck and only going to taco bell if you are trying to remember the 70's

I hate this tacobell everytime I come, they are always close before 12am. I arrive at 11:40pm or 11:50pm they still close. What's the point of having a time frame when you are available just to not be open.

Had to wait 3 minutes to order at the drive through and then was rushed to order. When I got my order at the window the drinks were leaking everywhere, and I ordered two deluxe boxes, but when I drove off and my kids looked in the bag there was no boxes. Just some burritos and tacos tossed in the bag. I had to return and wait forever to return my order and get it replaced. No refund, no extras..just an irritated employee. Used to be that when an order was messed up, you got a refund or extras at the expense of the employee that screwed up. That’s the problem these days…no accountability!!! But they want $20 an hour…for what?!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would… the drive thru man was rudeee and rushing to finish our order but the drive thru was empty … when we pulled up to the window he looked at us and giggled. When I told him to repeat my order he rudely said ‘you only ordered the box’ but at the screen it had my entire order… not a way to treat people.
