I don’t know if it’s new ownership or trying to cut corners and save money looked like they used dipping cheese sauce in my quesadilla instead of cheddar also in my burrito supreme. The people at taco bell corporate need to monitor and train these folks .

The cinnamon twist was nasty and there employees are dirty because they walk outside and come back in the kitchen without washing there hands and also they make the food sloppy and the fountain drinks are nasty

So the Taco Bell itself is awesome. Don't stray too far however as there is a local guardian. My go-to bean and cheese with added ground beef was perfect.
Parking: Hole in fence to next door gas station in case you need road trip snacks was handy.

Rude ass worker on drive thru ! Spoke specifically because i hate when my order comes out wrong and argued with me about what i ordered and then had the audacity to skimp on my meal out of spite obviously & i can bet they did something to my food how obvious they made it by poorly making my meal ! This place needs to hire better employees!

How to give the workers at Taco Bell a shout out, because they always hook it up with the dollar freezes! I know my order is complicated a lot of times because I usually come through the drive-thru with about 13 kids who want different mixes of icees, and I never ever ever get a complaint from anyone here. They're always professional and kind, and the line moves pretty well here as well
This TacoBell has the biggest bunch of rude,tactless,employees I have ever encountered. The Indian women that work there are down right horrible. I use my rewards points a couple times a week and every time I do these women make rude comments about getting free food, they get annoyed and tell me the order never went through,or just tell me their not gonna make it cuz I put in too many orders with my rewards, they've accused me of stealing receipts and when they do actually make the order the burritos are empty, just a tortilla rolled up or the taco is just wet lettuce, they made fun of a homeless man that went in and refused to help him even though he was purchasing food, Much better places to go than here

Kinda weird that all the employees park in the very front parking spots, including the 10 minute pickup space. Otherwise it's just a basic taco bell on the side of highway 5. Nothing notable.

I passed by today to buy food and the Mexican Pizza i ordered tasted like burnt oil and the food was not hot it was cold never going there ever again.

I found that the Food was adequately prepared. The restrooms however needed to be a lot cleaner. The tables had wipe marks as it was probably cleaned with a dirty rag. I have owned three restaurants myself and a lot of times if you can see evidence of cleaning it's worse than actually not clean. It makes you wonder if they use the same rag to clean the seats as they do the tables, which is very poor hygiene , and being a former health department employee that is definitely against the rules not saying this restaurant did but if they're not cleaning their rags and they're using the same bucket with dirty water it's evidence of for cleaning habits. That was one suggestion I would say is cleaning the restaurant thoroughly throughout the day regardless of staffing.
