Its 1.55 am i come back to work then i am here my front 2 car already done and prepared order but then my turn now time is 1:55 am 5 minutes left to close the taco bell but he say sorry close that’s all for me if he give me 2 chalupa what he lose 3 min or 5 min he just say close but i know whats my feel thanks for your best service

So I ordered some food at this location. It’s off Charway Stockton and the rice felt like it’s been left over for a long time outside burritos were cold. Seems like they didn’t have enough cheese to put in a cheese quesadilla and food was blend. No taste I will not Repeat going to this location I recommend anyone until the food started taste better and feels fresh

Terrible. Ordered at the kiosk and it gave the option to send the receipt in a text. Never got the receipt. They gave us our food but not our drinks. When we asked for our drinks they wanted to see our receipt. If we ordered a combo meal, why would you need a receipt to receive the drink that comes with it. We left without the drinks we paid for.

I went to the Taco Bell on Charter way and ordered a gang of food for my boys! Spent around 70 dollars in total which is a lot for Taco Bell. When I got my food at the window and paid for the food, I ask the manager at the window if I could please get a little extra sauce for my Cantina bowl and he told me he would have to swipe my card for five cent. The courtesy of these places have really diminished.

Visited the Taco Bell at 864 W Charter Way, Stockton, and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with the brand. The staff, most of whom appeared to be Punjabi and struggled with English communication, were extremely slow and unprofessional. Basic hygiene standards weren’t followed the person preparing the food wasn’t even wearing gloves 🧤🧤 which is concerning.
When I politely asked for a few extra sauces, they handed me only five, as if they were personally paying for them. The overall service felt cheap and careless, and it completely ruined my appetite and impression of Taco Bell. Honestly, this visit made me question if I ever want to eat at Taco Bell again. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location.
