Taco Bell. Let's see I am so damn confused! There are certain items in the Drive-Thru that I can only buy or purchase if I use my app on my phone which doesn't make sense to me anyway. Number two I have 11 grandkids and they like it chicken quesadillas. So I can buy one for $6.99 that comes in cutting I believe six maybe eight pieces which seems ridiculous to me way overpriced or I can buy one same damn thing except they don't cut it it comes just in one piece for $3.99. So that tells me they're charging me $3 to have somebody cut it into pieces which seems outrageous so what I've decided is I'm just going to stop and buy Hamburger or chicken even chicken cheese and some tortilla shells and make my own damn things I don't need to go to a place where you need to take a second mortgage out of your home to afford to buy some fast food for the kids so I don't think I will be shopping at Taco Bell anytime in the future $3 to cut something up in pieces only being able to get something you want to eat in the Drive-Thru only if you use your app or it's unavailable to you I think I'll just go back to you that chicken place and not if it is in the same building as a Taco Bell I'll refuse to do that also anyway that's all I have to say you're way overpriced $3 to cut something up it's ridiculous. And don't blame it on the high pay for your employees. Maybe try taking a few less trips with your family and bring down the prices to where people can afford them eventually it's going to be more than me that boycott businesses like yours and I know you're not the only ones that are doing it so don't take this personal.

A young teenager boy helped me he was by himself and took my orders and put them together great kid. All I can is where was management I seen an older woman sitting in eating area visiting had work shirt on . Kudos to the kid..Kid-friendliness: Good spot off I -99 Waterloo
Ordered on 12/17 at around 11pm. I wanna sincerely thank the night shift for properly tamper-proof sealing my DoorDash order. It's always a hit or miss with different TB locations. Everything was perfect, but gotta reduce a ⭐ for forgetting my sauce packets?
