This review is directed to the owners and corporate. I have visited Taco Bell locations in multiple states and cities across the United States, and this location is the most difficult one to dine in. I placed my order through the app for dine-in, and I still had to request essentials such as sauces and napkins. The dine-in experience at this location was unacceptable.

My friends and I come to this Taco Bell almost every other night not just because the food is quick, open late, and always hits the spot but because the customer service is amazing every time. Staff always greets us, never rushes, and makes us feel welcome. One employee deserves a special shoutout, Deborah! She’s unintentionally funny, kind, and one of the sweetest people ever. Every time we see her working, we already know it’s going to be a good night. She goes above and beyond in little ways that makes us feel appreciated and you can tell she cares about the people she serves! Taco Bell hit their big one hiring Deborah.

I visited on 10/27/25 after 2 years and my previous bad experience. Decided to give this place another chance. Worker gave an attitude and was not pleasant. He definitely communicated in a rude tone. I was also lied to when i asked if a drink had caffeine. The worker said no but i googled it when i got home and my drink has caffeine, which i cant drink. Complete joke of a Taco Bell location! Wont ever be going back
————— I got food poisoning from the food today, 2/12/23. Currently cant eat anything without bringing it back up. Nasty food.
ALSO , they messed up my order. I asked for all chicken and they gave me beef.

I specifically come to this Taco Bell for Deborah, I believe that's how you spell her name. She is the sweetest most kindest lady I’ve ever met in a drive-thru. She’s always so patient and I don’t feel rushed when ordering, food is always correct and hot. I feel like Deborah is the back bone of this Taco Bell.

Hey this is Stockton, most places in this town have the worst customer service these days, but at this particular location, the manager can be rough but she's an older lady and she's reliable & doing her job the best she can. Once you get to know her she's a very nice person and my order is never messed up. I give her a pass and I recommend this Taco Bell over the other one down the street!

I normally don't leave reviews but for this place I feel I need to warn others.
If you go here in the evening prepare for a 30-45 minute wait. And prepare to be greeted by a rude older lady. Last two times I've been there she's been the cause of a negative experience.
The first time I was waiting at the drive-thru menu for over 20 minutes, so I reversed into the parking lot to see if they were open. I see two staff members out there, one of them her, and I ask if they were open. She cusses at me yelling she's a manager she's allowed to be out there.
This last time the cause of this review I finally get up to the window to get my order and she's at the window. She opens it ask me what she wants and as soon as I open my mouth she tells me to shut up and shuts the window in my face. I get this a Stockton but this is completely unacceptable for any customer facing employee to act much less a supposed manager
