I normally don't leave reviews but for this place I feel I need to warn others.

If you go here in the evening prepare for a 30-45 minute wait. And prepare to be greeted by a rude older lady. Last two times I've been there she's been the cause of a negative experience.

The first time I was waiting at the drive-thru menu for over 20 minutes, so I reversed into the parking lot to see if they were open. I see two staff members out there, one of them her, and I ask if they were open. She cusses at me yelling she's a manager she's allowed to be out there.

This last time the cause of this review I finally get up to the window to get my order and she's at the window. She opens it ask me what she wants and as soon as I open my mouth she tells me to shut up and shuts the window in my face. I get this a Stockton but this is completely unacceptable for any customer facing employee to act much less a supposed manager

Had the best service tonight by a nice/sweet lady named Debra she was so nice towards us and was the best service i've gotten at fast food that I can think of. My food was steaming hot and drinks were flavorful so I'm definitely coming back to this taco bell for Debra

This Taco Bell has really gone downhill. It used to be quicker, fresher, and warmer, but lately, it’s been lacking in those areas. The location is still solid, but the service is consistently slow, which makes the experience less enjoyable. It’s disappointing because it used to be a go-to spot for a fast and satisfying meal.

I just left there drive thru right now it's Thursday night Friday morning 12:00 a.m. February 20th, 2025 the person who's wrapping or packaging the food had so much dog hair or cat hair or whatever hair on his sweater I know something is falling in somebody's food that has to stop it's disgusting ,unsanitary, and disrespectful to the branch of Taco Bell

I was there in the drive thru and ordered about $50 bucks worth of food. I Got home to Find a WHOLE order not there. I called they have it, I show up and I was told it was ready but I had to go through the drive through to get it. There was 5 people in that drive through that I had to wait for just to get the food THEY forgot and was PAID for rather then just handing it to me at the door when I was there.
