I just left there drive thru right now it's Thursday night Friday morning 12:00 a.m. February 20th, 2025 the person who's wrapping or packaging the food had so much dog hair or cat hair or whatever hair on his sweater I know something is falling in somebody's food that has to stop it's disgusting ,unsanitary, and disrespectful to the branch of Taco Bell

I was there in the drive thru and ordered about $50 bucks worth of food. I Got home to Find a WHOLE order not there. I called they have it, I show up and I was told it was ready but I had to go through the drive through to get it. There was 5 people in that drive through that I had to wait for just to get the food THEY forgot and was PAID for rather then just handing it to me at the door when I was there.

Utterly ridiculous absolutely no one in the restaurant customer wise. I was literally the only customer inside the lobby, was asked to use the kiosk. This is dumb absolutely no customer service whatsoever the drive thru person need to use the kiosk.

We doordashed some food and it took 40 MINUTES! I I got nacho fries and when they came they were half empty, almost as if the DoorDasher ate half of them. I’m furious mind u they are also soggy!
