I stopped by at around 11 pm to get food and all they said was they didn’t have chalupas so I got something else and when I got home to eat my beef items were ALL replaced with steak that was old and salty as hell . there was no sour cream or tomatoes on Crunchwrap either . And the Crunchwrap had a big hole in it . The taco was stale as well . Their customer service was good but I would’ve appreciated if they told me they were pretty much out of everything I live 20 min away or else I would’ve went back for refund :(

Taco Bell no longer has a cashier. Very impersonal. Make sure you have patience of doing what the cashier use to do when taking your order. This is something new so it caught me by surprise. I'm sure it will probably become a normal less surprising process after I adapt. Hope your experience is a good one.

The food is delicious when you actually receive. I've had numerous orders where they forget items and I'll have to return or call to address the missing food. I'm not paying nearly $3 per burrito for it to not even be in the bag. Food is standard, no complaints. Not a fan of being forced to use the order kiosk if you walk in. This is NOT for improving service/customer experience. One less employee means more profit for the owner.

Wasted thirty minutes here today. Was told to order from kiosk after the crew inside saw me waiting for ten minutes.After I proceeded to order on the kiosk, the Grilled Enchilada Burrito doesn't show up.After asking to order from the counter and requesting the new item, the front register lady told one of the gentlemen in the back if that was a real menu item.I was then questioned where I saw it in their menu, then implied I'm an idiot because now two of the guys were asking me and I was told it's not on the menu. I repeated several times that it's right there on the top, and after a little back and forth they agreed it's there. I felt so disrespected in a fast food joint that I up and left to the taqueria across the street after this.I kept my cool through the whole exchange, because I understand what fast food workers deal with but their behavior was unacceptable. I will NEVER step inside this Taco Bell.Wasted my time today.

This area of California has many families why are or are descended from Mexican migrant farm workers, so there are a lot of great places around to get amazing Mexican food, but if you just want something fast and familiar, this suffices.

Apparently you can only order on the Quiosk. The people working inside would not take my order. Also, I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands before getting my meal. The employees claimed no one had any keys to the restrooms. Poor customer service!!!!
