First time trying Taqueria El Carnavalito today. The food was amazing. Top tier! Every bite was delicious and seasoned to perfection. I had the Carne Asada Fries and Tacos. Probably the best I've had so far. I will definitely be adding Taqueria El Carnavalito to my food rotation and highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious, high quality Mexican food. The owners are very kind. Great customer service.

I don’t know what kind of magic they’re cooking up at Taqueria El Carnavalito, but I swear I heard a mariachi band playing in my head after that first bite. The tacos? Life-changing. The salsa? Probably made with the tears of angels (and maybe a little devil too cause it’s got that perfect kick). I didn’t know whether to eat more or start crying happy tears. Honestly, both. Service was fast, the smile was faster. I don’t know what’s hotter the food or the person ringing it up. Either way, I left full and emotionally confused. Highly recommend. 11/10.

It's one of the most flavorful burritos I've tasted all over stockton. Their style is like no other. The specialty tortilla has grilled cheese, and the seasoned beef is packed with juicy flavors. When ordered a spicy style, it definitely has a heat kick to it. Love it overall

The tacos were very unpleasant, the bottom of the tacos were very mushy. The pastor also had a lot of fatty meat. The quesabirrias were very oily and the consume is watery. I do not recommend this taco truck.
