I come here often with my family and usually enjoy the food, but I had a very disappointing experience today. There was no garlic available at the sauce bar, so I politely asked the waitress, Fong, if I could get some. Her response was to tell me, “Don’t waste it,” and that customers always waste it. I was honestly shocked to hear that from a staff member. As a paying customer, I come here to enjoy my meal, and comments like that feel unnecessary and offensive. I’m spending my money on food I want to eat, and I shouldn’t feel judged for asking for something that is normally provided. Because of this interaction, it makes me reconsider coming back. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Tasty Pot is a great go-to spot for hot pot lovers. They have a solid menu with a variety of delicious options. The food is always hot and flavorful, and the experience is enjoyable. The only downside is the cramped parking situation, but it’s definitely worth the visit for the tasty food

Love coming here with my friends. The food is tasty and literally puts smiles on our faces. I've tried the beef and vegetarian options, and both were flavorful and left me full. I've also tried their taro milk tea, and it was delicious.

My family used to be loyal customers here before since the on floor manager (a man with glasses) still worked until today!
We ordered 3 hot pots as usual, and the one and only Tomato Hot soup is mine! First of all everything seemed very ok until fire under my hotpot kept burning and I couldn’t put it off, my broth kept vaporizing and I called the lady, she said sorry for that and took my hotpot away, then she came back with same base, same pot but more broth and she promised fire would be off soon! But no, fire was still on and my food got burnt in the bottom caused my food smell burnt and taste bitter! I complained about the situation, the lady once again took it away and seconds later returned it and said kitchen was too busy to remake my hotpot!? I asked can you eat this bitter burnt food!? She reluctantly took it away with my meat and tofu and other stuff in the pot plus noodles! Around 5 mins later, she brought me a new hotpot like the photo and said sorry for the food!!!! I asked where was my meat???? She went away!
Ok fine, this is our last time here since the service was so terrible, $21 for a hotpot remake keeps our family coming back but no thanks!

I’ve been a regular at this TastyPot location for over a year after moving out from Bay Area , mostly visiting once a week, and it’s consistently outstanding. The food is always delicious, with rich flavors that never disappoint. The service is top-notch, with a friendly and attentive staff that makes every visit enjoyable. Came in and started to order they didn’t give us our drinks or noodles. Then the waitress tried to give random boba tea flavors to try and makeup for the fact that she didn’t serve us the whole time. The food was flavorless and nasty. Definitely an experience that is good enough for 1 time. Never will Come back. The restaurant also looked ran down.

Order to go. My side of vermicelli noodle had a dead ant floating. End up tossing that away. Half way eating and notice something hard in my mouth, spit it out and it was a piece of metal( from a brush or sponge) see photo. Would had been worst if I swallow it because it ain’t small. So disappointed.
