Match was really good, I tried the crème brûlée matcha 9/10 & The banana matcha 10/10. It is a bit on the pricy side for a drink I paid $9 something for each drink I believe. It’s a good try! I love the aesthetic. The lady working was very friendly & welcoming.

Tea 86 is a cool family own place where you can buy all kind of boba teas with cool infusions. Ambiance is really cool. There is a corner with the small teddy bears which I really like. Overall theme is floral which is very appealing. Prices are decent and there is an ample parking available.
I Love Their drinks. So many varieties of flavors. A tiny hole in the wall packing a big punch. If they had a different location, they would be overwhelmed with business. Place is set up cutesy. On my way to get me a salted caramel w/creme brulee, blended. Oh yes!

the drinks were actually so delicious and genuinely PERFECT. we got grass jelly milk tea & honeydew milk tea. the woman running the shop was really sweet, friendly, knowledgable, and attentive! :)
the decorations/aesthetics of the shop are beautiful, you can tell that everything was carefully selected and placed with genuine consideration and love. such a cute business!
10/10 experience, would highly recommend coming here! will come back again to try more drinks/snacks :)

Was craving boba so I googled the closest place and Tea 86 popped up. Didn't even know they were there the whole time, but the cashier said they've been opened 2 years. She was really nice and quickly went through their menu with me and recommended the popular drinks. I decided to go with the Assam milk tea with boba and the Marble Coffee with coffee jelly. And omg, they were sooooo good!!!! The sweetness and bobas were all just perfect! I usually don't leave reviews, but they were that good for me to want to leave one. Lol. Found my new fave boba place, Will definitely come back to try more drinks. Now I don't have to drive all the way to Tea 4 anymore. 😁

I was looking for a bubble tea and this fit the bill. The space is beautifully decorated with a cool ambiance. The staff are pleasant and they have a wide variety of drinks. They also sell some small bites Luke popcorn chicken as well. They have wifi but you would have to ask for the password. I was able to dine in and do some work on my computer. My only critic is how fast they run out of hot drinks and boba but nevertheless this is a great place to chill, study or do some work. You can also take good scenic pictures here if you're into that sorta thing.
