The Creamery Restaurant

This place has always had excellent customer service and excellent food. I think of going there often but for the last few times I go, they seem to never be open. I think they may have just shut down.

Never will go back here again. Accusing us for being argumentative because we stated no one came to refill our drinks or ask us for a to go box. Told us they were busy and there was only 3 other tables there. Order milkshakes we never got. But they did take those off when it was time to pay. She only came to us to take our order that’s all. Terrible terrible service.

I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I read the reviews and decided to give this place a chance. The service was terrible and the food was even worse. The restaurant itself is in total despair.

Definitely going to be coming here again! Food was great! I really recommend the steak sandwich and the onion rings! Totally worth it! Plus the owner was very nice and friendly! Just a great American diner!

I have been here many times but after this last time will not be going back! Place was dirty had a awful smell right when you walked in. Service was terrible as well took forever to get our drinks and take our orders. After sitting for about an hour and seeing 2 other tables get up and leave decided to get the food to go and still had to wait another 20min before it was ready. Place has gone downhill would not recommend you visit with the current state of the restaurant

Full disclosure, we didn't stay to eat. The menu looked good, there were tons of options for everyone in the family and we were seated right away and greeted quicked by our server. But the place was filthy. The table was dirty, the menus grimy and the smell hit as we walked through the door. Maybe just the result of a busy Saturday, but if the front of house looks and smells like that, I can only speculate what's behind the kitchen door.

This place started off to be our "new" favorite place to go! Tonight, my wife had liver and onions for the 12th time in about three months! I have two observations! The first is the salad dressings are not to my liking! Sooo, I rarely have salad with my meals! The second is someone in the kitchen is too good of pepper! Black pepper! The staff is terrific! All of them!

Such great customer service! We didn’t know they were closing soon asked the gentleman if they were still open and he welcomed us in with such great service who happened to be the owner! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such great customer service here in Stockton like I did with this restaurant

The food was amazing and really good for there price, and the service was some of the best service I’ve had in a long while

We were seated and waited quite a while to be acknowledged. When we were the waitress said our food would be out in a few minutes. We both looked at at her and said we haven't even ordered yet. She apologized and took our order. All we wanted was ice cream and they were out of one and they don't offer many choices. Our sundaes looked like a hot mess when we got them. We were very disappointed in the service and product and probably not go back.

Update losing stars.4/15/2022 I don't know what happened in 2 months but this place has went downhill. We stopped in tonight and the place smelled like mildew due to a water leak. They were missing a ton of stuff from the menu. And the things you ordered were substantially smaller for cost cutting. Both my wife and my orders were wrong with stuff we asked to have removed. We never got checked on by the waitress after getting food. What a waste of money. I have been going here since I was a kid but now I don't know if I'll be back.2/12/2022 I'm 37 and have been coming here since I was a kid and my grandma would take me here. The staff is absolutely amazing and provides top notch service.

Great food, I really enjoyed the French Dip and the spinach and artichoke dip. Milkshakes are cool and the overall vibe is pretty nice too, but when I went the service was really really slow. I was sitting at my table for like 20 minutes before anybody came to serve me and I ended up having to stay there for 3 hours from when I sat down to when I left. Overall I enjoyed my meal, but not enough to endure another wait like that.

This is a great place for friends and family. Their food is fresh and tasty in generous portions. And the ice cream deserts are well priced so you can feel good about treating yourself or your kids
