Way too expensive for its portion. The chicken sandwich was small and the burger was small as well it looked like a McDonald's kid meal. Spend your money elsewhere. Quality is decent only. We got the 1x Double Char Meal and 1x Chicken Club Meal for $40 for me and my girl. Only thing that they did good was the fries it was extra crispy.

I usually come here when I'm in the mood for a good burger and fries; and the food here, in my opinion, is good. Not exceptional, but good. But there's a recurring problem, and I feel compelled to say something. Every time I've been here I've either had to clean a table myself or wait several minutes for an employee to do it. And the strange thing is, there usually aren't any customers in line when I come in; the staff is socializing instead of wiping off tables and chairs. So expect a dirty dining room if you go here. Or maybe bring your own rag and spray bottle of degreaser?

Dirty. Trash on the ground. Flies everywhere. Bathroom lights don't even work, they have a flashlight in the bathroom but that didn't work either.

More often than not, the food is great. The problem for me is that the service is usually garbage. Doesn't matter the time of day, which staff are on the clock. 9/10 the employees seem miserable and they seemingly take it out on the world.

The staff at store 86 was absolutely amazing. My boyfreind had ordered food via the app and accidentially ordered to be picked up at the wrong time and the whole staff especially the manager was amazing and REALLY understanding and cooked our food immediately. Thank you to Eric, Jonathon and Clay thank you for exceptional service.

I had the BBQ bacon char, avocado wedges and a mocha shake. The burger and shake were both Great. I personally would not re order the avocado wedges, while they had a good crunchy coating however the mushy inside texture I didn't find very personally to be very appetizing!

No staff is taking orders anymore? Is everything done on the kiosk? Staff just kept talking to each other and ignoring the customers. Not even a greeting. My family left without ordering anything. Not coming back to this place.

I recommend ordering through the kiosk. With detailed photos, you can customize the ingredients in your meal exactly as you like. The device responds quickly, making it faster than ordering through a staff member.

One ridiculous thing was that I added free napkins through the kiosk, but the staff only gave me a single napkin. Also, perhaps they didn’t like me taking photos for my review, as they gave me a stern look and displayed a very rigid attitude.

The burger sauce is quite strong, so it’s best not to add too many salty ingredients, as it could make the burger too salty. Other than that, the overall taste is decent and gives a rich impression. The price feels somewhat expensive.

It's ok, but prices just too high now. Mocha shake was not very good either, and hardly put any whipped cream on it...Come on, for almost $6.
