Clean venue, seated fast, not crowded at 5:30. Received food fast. Salad was standard out of a bag, iceburg lettuce, shaved carrots& cabbage. Lasagna portion more than I could eat. A big 2 table party came in so waitress busy & forgot drink refills. All good until 2 table party and a woman with an under 2 year old, shrill screams, fussing, crying. Mother just allowing baby to run around, scream & cry for over a half hour. Couldn't wait to get out but waitress...
We had reservations for 52 people and they accommodated us so well. The service was so amazing. Raul B. was the manager and was incredibly helpful. All the servers were spot on and did an amazing job. The food was so good as well! Definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have a bigger party.
Old Spaghetti Factory has always been one of my wives favorite places to visit. I ordered the Lasagna and she ordered the Chicken Parmesan. As usual they brought bread and butter to the table... the bread was hot and the only draw back is the crumbs it leaves all over the table. Soup was good flavor and I loved the Lasagna ..... it was so big.... had to take it home.
