I got a pastrami sandwich the meat was terrible full of fat. Tossed out the meat and ate the rest. Never going back. $18 for a terrible sandwich.

I came in like I always do after a great workout. I was super excited Because I haven’t ate all day and I was going to be able to enjoy a juicy veggie stuffed spinach wrap until I came in and the looks I got to day way insane The customer service and energy inside of this establishment was off, and you can feel it and the people that was preparing not mine but everyone’s food did not look happy did not treat myself with any good customer service at all, and after getting the food and accepting the customer service and bad energy the food was like never before barely any chicken, barely any sauce, barely any veggies and that’s the number one reason why I came here because they have fresh veggies and I did not receive any of these and I asked for all of the veggies and only got peppers and tomatoes I don’t like doing bad reviews. I don’t like putting bad energy into the atmosphere but if somebody doesn’t say anything, nothing will be done. I will be back and I hope they get better customer service and better energy in that place.

Place sucks they give you attitude after they forget to put stuff on my sandwich , seems like they were talking smack in their language too and they wanted to give me raw bacon n they cook it in the microwave hell nahhhh

I’ve always loved Togo’s, but this location is starting to worry me. The once cozy, family-friendly eating area is now closed off, dusty, and unclean. It’s becoming more of a fast sandwich spot where the workers don’t seem to take as much pride in keeping the interior tidy like they used to. It’s disappointing to see the decline.
What good while it lasted. It was just here two weeks ago and now, the space is open for leasing. WTH. No notice... I feel bad for those nice employees who also got their last check and no notice that the place was closing. 😐

I usaully dont write a review but this place. Man I paid over $16.00 for a Hot pastrami sandwich which comes with barely a few pieces of pastrami and not even hot at all.My son grilled cheese sanwich was terrible. 10-15 years ago when i was there it was way better then

Big Togos fan, been coming to this location for more than 10 years. The quality of food and service has unfortunately gone down from what I remember it originally being. Not sure if there was an ownership change, but the decline is obvious. My go-to is usually the Asian chicken salad, but the nice serving of lettuce and toppings and been shrunk down to a TINY layer of lettuce, filling up with the rest of the container with wonton strips. They couldn’t even be bothered to my husband’s sandwich lol.
Even when ordering ahead for pick up, you’ll be waiting 20+ minutes after the expected order time. The employees are not as welcoming and social as they used to be and rather gossip with one another versus offering customer service. I don’t know, I love Togos quality as a chain, but this specific location could use improvement.

Place is filthy. Flys everywhere. Customer service is terrible. And the sandwiches aren't even made right. The tomatoe looked soggy. 😑
