This is a new location and I wanted to give it a try. I love the wheat bread and had the pastrami sandwich.

The food might of been on if the order was correct. Was told they were closing down but not closed and there was still about 45 mins left before the sign said they were closed this is the second time we have been there once right after they opened. We wanted to give another chance. So we went again. Also was told there was a limited menu as they were closing down but not closed after the worker took out both of the AirPods in order to properly help us. The sandiches were both ordered plain, but when we got home to eat them they have everything on them. I feel that’s a far away from plain as you can be. And when we got home found they were wrong they were already closed to call back and it would have took about 30 min to get back over to the restaurant. And I’m sure they would not of stayed to fix it as they would have been there after they closed. Don’t know if they will get a 3rd try or not will have to see

I very rarely leave negative feed back BUT this location has a very rude employee that obviously hates his job. Unfortunately it does affect the owners. The guy who served me acted like I was not even there and I not going to pay for my food. When I go to a Subway sandwich shop, I place my order and I pay, this location makes you pay first. Beside the point. Very bad customer service. I will never go there again!

Icequeen is clearly someone who is entitled. So you had to wait while the employee did his job? Boo hoo. Cry about it.This location is great. The service does it's best to keep up with demand and they clearly want to be there.You can't go somewhere during a lunch rush and expect immediate food, that's just crazy.Get the meatball sub. Nom.

I was there for ten minutes and I ordered my food and paid. While my food was being prepared the gentleman stop and took everyone’s order instead of finishing my sandwich and there’s a lady who’s just eating in the corner and the gentleman is doing all the work. Mine you I was there for 10 minutes at first I didn’t mind it it was one customer then more customers kept coming in and he stopped on my sandwich to take they ordered no. I am in a rush my ride is here so now I just have meat cheese and no toppings on my sandwich which I’m disappointment. The other customer didn’t pay yet just please Focus on my food first
