I go to Ululanis almost every day and every time I go there are two special girls that always welcome me with a smile and the BEST customer service. Adrianna and Alyssa are the best employees to work there by far. They know my order and have it down to the tee. I absolutely love their customer service and Ululanis in general and definitely would consider working there in the future. ur bestie

Hawaiian shaved ice tasted great when we got it. After almost 40 minutes of standing in the hot sun when there was only 2 people ahead of us to order. Then we had to wait approximately 15 minutes for all of our orders to come out. It's a very sunny day with 2 people working and a line out the door. While waiting 40 minutes to order, people were so fed up and expressing how ridiculous it is to wait that long to even order, so they left upset without ordering. The two girls working were nice and trying their best but it is obvious they need more help. As we were eating our shaved ice, the line just kept growing so I'm sure those individuals waited longer than us since we only had two people before us when we got in line and we still waited 40 min. The product is good, unfortunately staffing needs to be increased especially with the weather getting warmer and warmer. This is not the first time we waited more than 30 min here to order and was hoping this time it would be different, but unfortunately It wasn't. We love supporting local, but hopefully the staffing situation can be improved by summer. Just a suggestion that especially during the weekends, there should be enough staff to have one or two people taking orders at all times and two or three making the shaved ice at all times in order to improve the flow.

OMG this place!! Tops. The softest fluffiest most incredibly perfect shaved ice ever. I was truly blown away by how much better this was compared to regular shaved ice like the kind you get at the fair. Plus soooooo many flavors!! Ones I've never even heard of! So many reasons to love this new addition to the Miracle Mile.

We went to Ululani’s daily when we’re were in Maui (literally). Now we can get the same treat without the long trip. Was just driving by and saw the store. Who would have thought there would be one in the middle of Stockton.It really is worth it. It’s not a sno-cone!!! It really is a satisfying treat that is smooth and almost creamy. And if you need you can also get ice cream too.

The shave ice here is excellent and friendly staff.Many selections on the menu. They use Gunther's ice cream from Sacramento. Ululani's is the best in the area!

Ok this place has great service and mellow ambiance in the month of December cause in the summer this place was super packed lol!! The place ice cream was pretty good but to have the Hawaiian ice cups is great!! We have had them when we were in Waikiki so to have them here in Stockton was great!! Great flavors !! My favorites are watermelon and root beer !! I've tried a few the coconut needs Alil work!! Couldn't taste it too much!! And even though it's alil pricey ! We will be back because no one out here has this ! I'm just spoiled from the islands are bigger lol but over all it's good!! Keep it going!! Thanks

We came on a cold December day because....Ululani's. I had a melona, taro, and calamansi shave ice-ulu sized. BWE had melona, guava and calamansi, and my son had the No Ka Oí. Even on a cold December day, it was no ka oí. Staff was great. Friendly and fast.

Ahdirhsbdjemdhsgwvsnd! YALL This place is straight BUSSSSSSSIN. I've never had shaved ice like this. Before, I used to care less for shaved ice, but now, I freaking loooooove Ululani's shaved ice. It's so freaking good. The ice is so fine that it feels like it melts in your mouth. No crunchy icy taste. Their syrups don't have that artificial taste, and leaves a smooth creamy taste. Apparently, this place taste exactly like how it would taste in Hawaii. I got the taro with "The Best" topped with fresh mochi and everything about it was AMAZING. Especially the mochi. It had a perfect consistency of chewiness in the inside with its rice flour coating. It came out to $11 or so but it's worth every penny. Seriously, a must try for the 209. It's too bad I don't live in Stockton because I would at this place every weekend. Totally worth the half hour drive though.

We're big fans of Hawaiian shaved ice (who isn't?) and really liked the flavors/syrups. We got the taro ice cream with mango, cherry and guava flavors along with mochi topping. It does take a little time for you to get the shaved ice as they make it and pack in the ice. Would love to have more locations near the bay area as I heard they opened one in Livermore recently.

It's winter, but this is my second time here this month because it's SO GOOD!!! Last time I came, they ran out of mochi, but thankfully, I got to try it this time. They're like pillowy clouds of goodness! Can't go wrong with any flavors here. They don't taste like the fake syrup typical shaved ice usually has. More natural and delicious. I ordered the Haleakala this time, and the employee even asked me if I ordered toasted coconut on top. I said no, but she asked if she could add it because it would make it better. It DEFINITELY DID!!! Delicious combination. Great execution all around!! This place is bomb AND the employees provide great service. I'm beyond happy it's local.

Absolutely love this place! For shaved ice this is as authentic as you get! Our little ones absolutely love getting to choose their favorite flavors and adding a Snow Cap on top! Service and atmosphere are top notch and the ambience gives the place an extra special touch! Definitely recommend a visit for anyone out and about on the Miracle Mile here in Stockton!!
