This place used to be good. The service is very poor now. It's seems like they do want any customers. Half the menu is always unavailable. I don't know if there's a new management but this place is very very disappointing now. Bye bye ramen

I always order the Spicy Tonkotsu Miso Ramen (#6). It is hot and flavorful and fills me to the brim. I do miss when the restaurant used to served pickled cabbage and pickled bean sprouts with their ramen, but now they have switched to blanched bean sprouts and spinach leaves. The noodles are still very delicious! I throuroughly enjoy eating here and hope others will give them a chance!

With the great reviews I expected more. Firstly we drove all the way to Tokyo Ramen (which they have no sign for) the OPEN sign was on but said they were closed and to drive an additional 10min to this place..we were very annoyed but wanted ramen. We drove there and were seated promptly..I ordered #7 and my friend got #4. Took awhile to get our food even though there wasnt but 2 other people there. We waited and finally got our food. It looked good and tasted fine. Until I got to the egg..which was absolutely disgusting! It was tough to bite into and when I did it was gummy and nasty! My friend took her egg and ripped hers apart..also tough and rubbery it was so gross inside! You could tell it was an very old soft boiled egg! If you're going to take a while to give us our food at least make sure every ingredient is fresh especially the egg! My friend is pregnant and now afraid this food will make her sick! I told the waitress and I'm not even sure she understood what I was telling her..she just said "egg?"..& literally walked away and never came back or corrected the issue or anything! So disappointed in this experience. I will never come back and would not recommend..the 1 star is only because the fried chicken in the ramen was actually good.

It has been over a year since my last visit to this restaurant. I was craving ramen at 8pm on a Wednesday night and they were the only ramen spot still open. Thought it was about time I gave them another chance. Their menu which is different than the last time I came is exactly the same as Tokyo Ramen's so I'm assuming the owners are the same too? We were greeted by a friendly server (not the same from my first visit) who seated us immediately and asked us what we would like to drink. There was only one set of patrons besides us so once we did place our orders we received our ramen fairly quickly. Ramen was good. Four stars because once she brought us our food, the server never came to our table again to check on us or to offer refills for our drinks.

Not only was I served the wrong ramen ! Their was a small roach n the soup! Bathroom also had alot of dead roaches! Never coming back again!
Came here for lunch, The chicken katsu (#10) was not so good, the chicken was rubbery and not easy to bite. Very much disliked the taste of the batter (as it tasted like they reused the oil). The rice I feel was a really big portion and was too much for the amount of chicken that I was given. The chicken karage was good (tasted like chicken), but the look of this appetizer was very misleading as I was hoping it would look a little more appetizing. We weren't checked on to see if the food was okay, nor if we wanted a refill with our drinks. This place isn't standard up to traditional or really good chicken katsu or karage.

Warning: for frequent customers of this restaurant, they no longer serve any kind of Chinese food. They don't even serve fried rice which is on their Japanese menu! Ramen is great right now while it is cold out, but this restaurant is going to die fast when Stockton hits 105 in the summer.

Honestly a very sad ramen place :( My boyfriend and I came in around the evening and it was completely empty. We ordered the #4 and #6 and they ended up getting our order wrong. She even asked if we wanted to try the one they made instead lol. When we finally got our bowls, the broth was very bland and didn't really remind of Japanese ramen at all. The entire experience was underwhelming.

Not worth it. Even when you pay they will try and make you pay twice! We were having a great experience until we seen a family try and pay their tab. Not only did I see them pay but as they walked to their car the girl at the counter ran out and began screaming that they didn't pay. It was cringe worthy to watch. We where there for about an hour. At no point did anyone clean, tables all around us were dirty and food was just left laying out which was gross but it happens. Food was just ok, nothing special. Check comes, we pay in cash and express to the girl that she can keep the change. Then I decided I wanted cheesecake to go so we walked up to the counter and ordered it. At this point we are done and just waiting. She comes back and says that they are out of cheesecake and if we wanted anything else. I declined and opted for a refund. So we proceeded to leave. Then almost like clockwork the girl begins to yell and scream we didn't pay. Utterly embarrassing. I was not having it. I told her to check her cameras because this was BS, so she ran and got some man from the back just as she did before and he was looking at her like she was stupid because we were standing with a receipt in hand and she was still screaming that we didn't pay. This place was not worth the harassment.
