Dined in one a Sunday for lunch, no wait time but they do not seat you until your whole party has arrived I ordered the Waterloo special, chicken ribs and pesto. That is never a miss! My husband ordered the lunch special (steak sandwich) it was a bit on the dry side. Service was great, the waitress was attentive. Food and drinks did not take long to arrive at our table

These are difficult times. And I still have great memories of the New York steak with fettuccine dinner, I ordered. The salad was cool and crisp and included lots of additional toppings. When the steak entree was brought to our table, even after cooking, it had to be two inches thick! It was cooked perfect medium rare, juicy, hot, and soo tasty. Barely had room for half the dinner. Delighted that I had leftovers to take home! Wife had the salmon w pesto. And what a generous portion of filet, and really moist and tender w a nice crust on outsi

Went for a banquet event. The staff was wonderful and the food was outstanding. When I left after the event, the rest of the restaurant was packed. They must be a favorite for many people. This was a Thursday evening.

I hadn't been in about 30 years and soon as I walked in it was close to the way I remembered. The food was just as I remembered really good. This place is a gem and is worth the trip out if only for the pesto.Kid-friendliness: Staff was great they served well and made the group feel welcome.

Iconic restaurant from 1860s. We got four different dinners and they were all good. The atmosphere is more banquet hall than fine dining.The line to get in looks as if it could get long. If you're looking to just get out and grab something to eat get down to waterloo, but get there early.
