Came to redeem free cup of pretzel reward and the worker started telling me that they would give me a free pretzel if I buy something so they gave me a pretzel and not even my cup of pretzels.

I came here once and they didn't have what I wanted ready yet so I told him I'd be back soon and he seemed annoyed and tried to convince me to get the other item and I said no thank you and returned later. He continued to be rude. When I came back on a later date the same man was very polite and kind when we came to the counter and when I told him I had a mobile order his body language did a full 180 as he rolled his eyes! All of the items were there so I don't see why he was so annoyed. Very rude

Went there on 12/15/24 and was shorted my change from a twenty dollar bill, didn't realize it until I leave the store. So check for your change before you go.

These are not pretzels.More like bread sticks and a raw dough taste..Tried them twice with same results....Not worth the $4.49
