I have childhood memories of my father would give my a break from cooking for the family. He would make hotdogs for us and send me and my brother to buy a cup of Chili from Der Wienerschnitzel for our home made dogs. I would eat there every chance I got and as I grew up and had kids of my own I took them there and my kids took their kids there. The same Wienerschnitzel is still there.

Each time, I experienced long wait times at the drive-thru window despite no one else ordering—waiting up to 10 minutes before a staff member appeared. While the milkshakes are tasty, they feel overpriced for the portion size. The hot dogs are average at best, with a crunchy texture that doesn’t quite hit the mark. Overall, it feels like overpriced fair food paired with poor service.

There was very little chili on my chili dog. Knowing that your establishment is a large corporation thats either franchise based or corporation, you have a certain brand standard you have to meet: Orders should be consistent. I have been a faithful customer of Der Wienerschnitzel at different location for many years but this is the first time I’ve experienced sub par service pertaining to the food.

I had to wait a real long time to receive my order and they weren’t even really busy and when I asked them about my order a different person that didn’t take my order gave me a attitude and was very rude those type of people make people feel uncomfortable and not appreciated as a customer poor customer service I will definitely not be going back.Due to poor customer service and disrespectful employee
