Wine Wizards has been my ultimate favorite place to dine for over 30 years. Since I was two years old, my mother and grandmother every week would have lunch there. We have so many wonderful memories at Wine Wizards. I've enjoyed all the wines, the great food, the atmosphere, and most of all, the service. It has not changed over the years and that is a very rare thing in Stockton. I hope Wine Wizards continues to be open for many years to come.

Sooo on Yelp and online it says this place is open, but just went there and they were closed! So annoying as I was standing there reading the hours sign which is completely different than what it says online. Three other people tried to go here too! So they definitely losing business, doubt I will make it back. 3pm on a Friday.

I love wine and usually love the atmosphere at the wineries I have visited but this place was a huge disappointment. There is so much potential it's a cute place but the service here is awful. When people walk in maybe try greeting them with a smile and positive attitude. When we sat down at a table we were told it was reserved for a party and told we could sit outside I chose to sit at the bar instead then noticed two old white men came in and were welcomed to sit at the table. Hmmmm ok. Pull those sticks out y'all and give good service to everyone equally!!

I have to agree with Kaycee's review for this place in some ways. It definitely is a bit odd of an environment. I used to come here by myself to eat a simple sandwich and try some different wines. But, I never really felt all that welcome and like Kaycee said most of the repeat customers are older, retired women. It's sort of an oddity for Stockton and you kind of feel like you're in an alternate reality. I always enjoyed the food and that's why I'm providing an extra star for this review. I miss how basic their sandwiches are and there is something very homey about it. If I went back today, I'd probably only go for nostalgia. I'd say it's worth at least one try though!

I like to come here to forget the fact that I live in a food desert and a chain restaurant metropolis. Everything they serve is delicate and delicious, and when you come here you can forget you live in the Central Valley. It truly transposes you to another realm. The service is a little weird because they do not really talk to you but I don't mind that too much. A hidden gem.
