Of all the Wingstops, the worst in history. The staff is the worst, especially a lady who hates her job and what she does. She treats everyone who comes badly, no matter if it's a customer or a poor delivery driver. They suffer daily with long waits and wrong orders. Never go to this dirty place with bad staff.

I laced an order online, was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived, was told it wasn’t ready yet, and after sitting there for over an hour they said my order was ready, but refused to hand it over without the last 4 of the card I used to order, despite having the order confirmation in hand. Problem being I used Apple Pay, so the card used, and the card digits on their receipt are different. I even provided my ID but the woman behind the counter refused to accept it, another employee intervened and handed me the bag which was an entirely incorrect name/order and when this was pointed out they informed that this meant my order wasn’t ready yet. Over an hour after it said it would be ready. They also would not issue a refund because I used Apple Pay. So I left without food or my $20.

One guy taking his break was taking his shoes off and massaging his feet on the table with costumers on the next table they left a soon as they realize. Dirty tables not a place for enjoy your food

I called about a situation where a refund was not issued. The staff did handle it properly. I came into the restaurant and they were willing to give us the food from our order. We are very grateful and thankful for their service and for honoring their word in giving us the food if no refund was issued.

Waited 45 minutes to pick up an online order. They need a better system for online and door dash. They make the door dash orders first then try and take care of the other customers. Why should I have to wait that long after my pick up time??? Will NEVER go to the Weston Ranch wing stop again... So sad.

The lady Pashton in the front was really nice and helpful. She made sure I had my order and it didn't take long. There food was good but for the service I would love to keep coming.
