This is the second time they mess up on my order. I paid 22 dollars for a classic 8 pc with fries and got boneless. For greasy chicken nuggets I coulda went to McDonald’s and it might’ve been cheaper too. Don’t waste your money at this Wingstop and if you do check your order before leaving or dispute it if they mess up your order. Do better people ! Provide the service you expect to receive when you spend your money. It’s that simple.

Fries were old dark and salty, all I ate really was the chicken fresh and hot Im a soda drinker, it wasn't Sprite that I was drinking There use to be alot of people eating there, and now I see why nobody there anymore

Staff is rude charged me 2 dollars for a sauce. I ordered the 20 wings and asked for boneless the Indian guy at the counter gave us bone in and said we had to take what was given. When we asked for a sauce he said the order didnt come with sauces. Super rude and unfriendly.

Always order my food online and pickup at the wing stop always waiting for my food inside still once I get there although online it says my food will be ready in 15-20 min. I always pick up at least 30 min later because I understand it can be busy. But everytime once I get there I’ll always have to wait another 30 min, so you’re telling me it take them a whole hour to make my 20 pieces of wings although people just be walking in and out right when they just order???? Very bad service honestly I’ll give it a negative star if I could smh….

The chicken was not done all the way,was chewy. Also lack seasoning, I could barely taste the lemon pepper flavor.. this was the worst chicken I have ever eaten in my life

I recently visited the Wingstop in Western Ranch, and it was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. To begin with, I ordered a 3-piece chicken tender combo, but the lady at the counter rang me up for a 10-piece combo without informing me. I only realized it after checking my receipt. She then handed me a cup that was extremely sticky. When I asked for a new one, she gave me a dirty look and told me to move aside. That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional. The wait for my food was also far too long. When I finally received it, both the chicken and fries were cold. The chicken was dry and unseasoned it honestly felt like I was biting into a piece of paper. The fries were so cold they tasted like they’d been sitting out for days. Lastly, the inside of the restaurant was filthy. There was trash everywhere, and the tables and chairs were sticky and dirty. The counter where they keep the soda lids was so disgusting it made me gag. The trash can was also extremely small, which led to trash overflowing and scattered all over the floor. I strongly do not recommend visiting this Wingstop. It was hands down the worst fast food restaurant experience I have ever had!

This place is all bad.... over cooked wings or old as*s wings same for the fries... for sure it isn't fresh.... never stopping by this wing stop again.... 6/11/25 I rather starve than get paid to eat at this place...... Got bbq wings and they had hair wrapped around the wings when I brought the food back they abruptly told me it was my hair . I had not even touch the food. The hair wasn’t even the same color but I am not going to argue with a bunch of male people I can call Ice on… Not to mention I don’t even like wing stop but my dad bought it for me so I wouldn’t have to stop on my way to work.. customer service and integrity goes a long way if you want good chicken fire wings is better and cleaner..
